The staff at this location are EXCEPTIONAL in the industry, and beyond. Demonstrating sincere concern and know-how, they make something as simple as snagging some Power Steering Fluid a positive experience. I don't expect too many people take the time to review auto-parts stores. All the more reason Ricky and the team responsible for the management and development of the associates at this store deserve a pat on the back. This doesn't happen by accident. Finding, hiring, training, and retaining high quality team members is a lot more than quoting pay rates and setting up schedules. Whoever is running this one, is doing it right. I drive past 2 other auto-zones to buy from this one. Thanks for never once pushing some Lucas voodoo product while I check out.

I would never think to get five star service at AutoZone but tonight I stop by and Ricky was great (very kind and friendly) and Naomi was exceptional in helping me find what we needed, kindly helping, and then helping figure out the install. Truly great customer service... At Autozone!

I went in to get a camshaft position sensor for 2012 Kia Forte. Gerald helped me out with this. I was having a problem with locating the sensor, online forums were no help as they stated the car only had one. Gerald suggested to get a library card and, through the library site, access the Chilton site. This worked amazingly. They had every and anything I needed, including diagrams.

Just went into this location to check the charge on my daughter’s car battery. Gerald came out in the cold, noticed the battery was from their store. He told us it was under warranty and he could replace it. Then there was a stripped out bolt and he cleaned it up fixed it and did it all with a smile. We will go back again after this amazing experience. Thank you Gerald!

Of all days to have a battery dying New Year's Day '24, in the evening, just as I was heading out of town. Stopped at this store (#3675 in Orangevale, CA) to confirm my battery was on nearing it's end. Brett, the Autozone Employee that helped me, completed several battery tests to confirm my concerns. I asked a few questions as I was deciding to hold off or just replace my battery. Brett didn't try up-sale me, he just gave me the information needed to make a better decision. I opted for a better battery with the higher CCA than OEM. I realize that Autozone has courtesy battery installation, however Brett went above and beyond what was expected. To be perfectly honest, I was not a big Autozone fan, but from the service I received from Brett, my appreciation has been restored.

I went in to get two new coach batteries for my motorhome. Nathan assisted with the purchase, and also installed them both for no extra charge! This took about 20-25 minutes! He was very friendly, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it, being a single woman. Thank you Nathan! You made my day start off really nice :) I will definitely be recommending AutoZone to my family and friends.

On October 3, 2023 at 1:25 pm, I was in the store to purchase a can of Sea Foam for my old Mercedes AMG. I was aware of the homeless situation in front of the store. Nonchalantly, I told the clerk, I call Sacramento County parking enforcement on vehicles with expired license plates. At that point one of the clerks started lecturing me about not calling the police, as it was putting the police and person ( violator ) in danger. Because, he stated that’s the way the police are and that’s what happened to him. Since he had not attached his license tags in a timely fashion and the police stopped him with guns drawn. I tried to explain to him, that the call doesn’t not go to the police, but to unarmed personnel to code or parking enforcement. He continued to yell at me, that I should not call the police on expired license tags. Once again, I attempted to explain code and parking enforcement. I did not go into the store neither to be lectured or yelled at. By a clerk , who lacks the courtesy and respect of his customers. I’am a 72 year old man, Vietnam veteran, military reservists and federal officer retiree. I would hope, AutoZone would hire people with decency, respect and courtesy to their customers. Kindly yours.

I came in because my car would stutter briefly before coming on. I assumed my battery needed to recharge. Little did I know the battery connector had completely fused to the battery post and I couldn't even remove the battery to try and recharge it. Thanks to Naomi for taking care of everything. From taking out the battery and connector and cleaning it and installing a new battery. And thanks to Justin for prying the connector off the battery so I didn't need to buy a new one. They made what could have been an awful day into a really awesome experience. So quick to help and provide great service. Thank God for AutoZone!
