I recently rented a storage unit from Cube Smart on greenback Lane in Orangevale and the two store associates, Marie and Tiffany were absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service. Tiffany was so cheerful and pleasant to speak with And Marie went over and beyond to help me with my storage unit. These two associates provided me with excellent customer service. It has been such a long time since I received such amazing customer service and each time that I have to visit that location I am provided with the same awesome customer service each time. Tiffany always has a smile on her face no matter what and Marie is always willing to help in anyway she possibly can. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. I am currently renting another storage unit with a different company and because of the excellent customer service I receive from both Marie and Tiffany. I am now going to remove all my items from the other unit I’m renting and move it to the CubeSmart location on greenback. I will choose this location over any other location or any other self storage company without hesitation so if you’re looking for amazing customer service and employees that are willing to go that extra mile for you definitely choose cube smart on green back lane in Orangevale, California
