So originally my wedding ring was purchased from the Arden store before my husband passed away 2yrs ago ? but after dealing with the SUPER racist and rude team there to get my wedding ring routined cleaning I ABSOLUTELY refused to EVER return to that Arden Kay Location…My friend had me meet here at the Folsom location where she gets her wedding ring cleaned and I love how helpful the staff have been even after me and my husbands sets were lost from the stolen truck they continued to be so sweet an helpful along the way until our replacement set came…Fast forward to this very day July 7 7/7 ?
I was approved for the upgraded ring my husband wanted to get me ? to take home same day and the staff were just as supportive, Uplifting, and understanding and professional as they’ve been since I walked in the door…I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this store if your in the Sacramento area and want to get your Significant or Loved one a FOREVER gift this is the spot ❤️????????

They were able to change the battery on the other watch I brought in, and did it for no cost which was very nice of her. Overall, solid experience with friendly people!”

“Syd is awesome. His work is outstanding. We first met Syd when we designed my wife's wedding ring. Took the diamonds and gold to a custome jeweler. He chipped and cracked the diamonds. We then took it to Syd who corrected everything. It looks fantastic. My wife lost an antique earing. No one could make another one to match. Back in CA. We took it to Syd. When he was finished you could not tell which one was the new one. My wife broke her wedding ring. Sent it to Syd,just got it back. It looks better than new. He sent no bill with it. I expect to pay as the ring got some pretty rough handling. Syd is an artist and a class act. My wife wants some diamond earings. We are going to Syds! T. Henderson”

“Took my daughter to Tina 3 years ago to get her ears pierced at 7 yrs old. Tina was wonderful! Made it quick and easy for my daughter. Her shop is clean and she has great prices. My son has been begging for the last 3 years since we got my daughter's ears pierced if he could get his. So we went back to Tina for her to pierce my 8 year old son's ears.
