I don’t recommend scheduling an appointment in this place for passport services renewal, They will lost your passport when they sent to the agency.

They help me all through out the process. Ms. Elizabeth and her manager figure it out everything for me. They were friendly and approachable which makes me comfortable during the processing of my passport. A+ for everything especially on positive attitude and professional ethics.

Every single time that I do certified mail through this place nothing ever gets to the place that I'm trying to send it and never makes it there even though it claims that it made it there and never actually got there so I don't know who's taking the mail that I'm sending but I also one time had to do a refund for a money order and the money order never got there because when you do a refund for a money order you have to put a payment for them to do the refund and this place somebody there is dirty and they need to find out and I think I already know because there was one lady when I used to work at the restaurant down the street from this place she came into our restaurant and she made a big old freaking fuss because we didn't have quarters or something having to do a change to give her because our restaurant manager the one that was in charge of going to the bank never went and none of the other staff could actually even go to that bank or any bank because we didn't have the card that corporate gave them to getting to the corporate bank account and this lady made a big old fuss and ever since I honestly think she's been doing s*** to my mail. And also the mailman over here is not trustworthy and I've tried to report it to these people you can't even get through the line. There's like nowhere to report it the government sucks.
And when I first moved over here and I went to do my change of address the guy did not want to give me my mail because he thought that I couldn't possibly live here because of my last name being what it is because I have a Hispanic last name. And again no way to report it no way to hold these people accountable whenever you call the phone number to the USPS it's like impossible to get anybody. There should be a actual button or place to actually report this kind of stuff but you can't can't report it.
So I only go to the UPS store for my certified mail now and anything having to do with anything like that because this place is not trustworthy so be careful.

I have told them who lives at my house. I get mail for other people and I imagine my mail probably is misdelivered. I have told DC, CALLED 95662, GONE TO THE POST OFFICE and talked to postmaster AND PUT NOTES/sticker labels on the mail listing WHO LIVES at our house....
2 years later --- I am convinced they will never get it right. Our home is new construction so one else has lived here. 🔳 I give up! No wonder identity theft is so common.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front counter. Most other locations that I've been to have been less than pleasant experiences for me. But these people seem to enjoy their job and that makes a world of difference to the customers.
