Their phone manners are terrible! The employees will continue (unrelated) conversations with other people while you are ALSO trying to speak with them on the phone. Their in-person manners aren't the best either, and they often give out incorrect information. Avoid this branch!

I would like to give u 0 stars for extremely poor customer service. My fiancé came to deposit his check today right around 5 pm and an employee, Lana closed and locked the door right in his face as she looked at him without addressing him. He even walked up to the door to make sure she indeed closed and locked it right in face and sure enough it was locked. He peered inside and she just stared at him...no explanation, no apology, nothing! Can you get any ruder than that? I was in the car and witnessed the whole thing. Wow!!!I realize with operation hours there is a strict policy to adhere to with Covid....but has Covid affected how businesses treat their customers?Wells Fargo is this how you treat your loyal customers? I understand if you're closed but at least politely address the person. If you do NOT know how to treat customers then you should not be in this business.

I am appalled at the lack professionalism that has been shown here. I sent my husband to get change for our business who has been banking with WF for 20 years. I typically get the change for our business, but could not today. They were snippy at him and refused to give him change! He only needed to get $30 in quarters!

Horrible customer service. Judge people based on how you look and lie about their processes. I was told at this location how international checks were processed. Called three different locations and received different information. Why lie to customers when information can be verified? Consistency is the key to elevating your brand

All of the tellers are so super friendly. Fast service. I don't have an account through them, I pray my rent here. If I do decide to get a bank account, this is where I will bank. Plenty of parking, super clean inside and free coffee by the door. Love that they are open on Saturdays and have later hours.

I find the Madison branch great to deal with - Wells Fargo have a mixed reputation with the public scandals and fines but the staff here are top notch, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I say this after about 20 visits in the past 18 months and without a single bad experience - that batting average is difficult for anywhere with many staff so kudos to the management team's quality assurance process!

This review is for this branch of Wells Fargo in particular. I've been with Wells Fargo on and off for years, and I have never received such great and personalized customer service. The branch manager, Sasha, is awesome and does a wonderful job making sure to do everything in his power to help his banks clients. The tellers are always very friendly, polite, and efficient. There's a difference in overall tone when I walk into this branch, vs other branches in the area. It's happy, light, the employees are always smiling, and I can't help but think it stems from how the branch is being managed.

Tried to deposit a single dollar bill in order to reach the $20 increment & withdraw $40 to tip my barber but it was slightly ripped & missing one corner. I attempted to take it inside & the lady behind the counter decides to deny my bill & proceeds to tell me to send my $1 in to the gov to get a new one. Love that professional, condescending attitude! Maybe inform the rest of your employees that you don't accept ripped bills too!

Sasha has been so incredibly helpful to me over the years and I'm so happy to see him still with the company and there to help me out! Also I just spoke with a gentleman named Jeremy who helped me on a payment dispute (smud charged me 3 times) and he was very helpful and considerate and I was probably a little snippy to him since I am aggravated at the situation but he totally kept his cool, made me feel better about the situation, and honestly turned my mood around completely. I just wanted to say thank you for the superb customer service because to me, that's the most important part of a business. So thank you again!

Not a review of "Wells Fargo" here! The review is specific to Joanne McConiga -- the first bank employee of any banking stripes that I am proud to call my "personal banker." She knows her stuff and delivers that knowledge both personally AND professionally -- the very key to success at any business. She's Good!

Im not sure why this has such bad reviews. Its a bank. Granted I never dealt with anything big here, i mainly come in to deposit checks, and to use the ATM. Its a great location, lots of parking, good hours, and the ATM is usually free to use.

Kind and efficient employees. It's a tiny location unfortunately. Parking spaces in front of the bank are a bit annoying because of all the traffic in the parking lot, but that's not the bank's fault.
