Their phone manners are terrible! The employees will continue (unrelated) conversations with other people while you are ALSO trying to speak with them on the phone. Their in-person manners aren't the best either, and they often give out incorrect information. Avoid this branch!

We visited this branch last week and were helped by George and Linda, who were both professional, courteous, and very helpful. George Grigoryan helped us open an account. He was so incredibly patient and kind and did an excellent job.

I have a bank account to do online shopping and I pay them five bucks a month for the privilege. I recently fell victim to a "subscribe to try" subscription scam and I lost over 100 dollars. Wells Fargo couldn't help me get a refund so like... Why bother with Wells Fargo at all? I had a bad experience with Wells Fargo years ago and lived cash only for a while after that. I guess I'll be going back to that lifestyle since Wells Fargo still offers little to no value or protection...Also had an issue with a Wells Fargo paycheck. Wells Fargo couldn't cash their own check to a Wells Fargo customer. I don't know how much simpler it could possibly get and they still struggle.I tried to go and cancel my account and they said okay but they are going to keep the 500 bucks they inexplicably put on "hold".... They are holding my money hostage to force me to stay as a customer a bit longer. Is that even legal?

I would like to give u 0 stars for extremely poor customer service. My fiancé came to deposit his check today right around 5 pm and an employee, Lana closed and locked the door right in his face as she looked at him without addressing him. He even walked up to the door to make sure she indeed closed and locked it right in face and sure enough it was locked. He peered inside and she just stared at him...no explanation, no apology, nothing! Can you get any ruder than that? I was in the car and witnessed the whole thing. Wow!!! I realize with operation hours there is a strict policy to adhere to with Covid....but has Covid affected how businesses treat their customers? Wells Fargo is this how you treat your loyal customers? I understand if you're closed but at least politely address the person. If you do NOT know how to treat customers then you should not be in this business.

Don’t take checks from Wells Fargo Customers. Wells Fargo has a policy that if one of their customers writes a check to your business, they will charge you (the vendor) $7.50 to cash the check written on that very bank. It is an unscrupulous policy that I’m sure they make billions on each year. I have made it MY policy that my business no longer takes checks from Well Fargo, full stop. Don’t do business with Wells Fargo Customers.

I call an ask a simple question like can I buy a roll of quarters if I'm not a member. After a 10 minute hold, I get not for non members. Really. All the scams this bank is involved in and they have a policy that non members can't buy a roll of quarters. Glad I called before I went in and waited in line. Ridiculous. Do bussiness with the credit unions everyone. Peace.

Nice to come into this branch and see some changes, they have finally stopped asking about our accounts only thing is the tellers always have to ask for teller assistance and get someone over even on a deposit but oh well quick to get through the line

I am appalled at the lack professionalism that has been shown here. I sent my husband to get change for our business who has been banking with WF for 20 years. I typically get the change for our business, but could not today. They were snippy at him and refused to give him change! He only needed to get $30 in quarters!

Staff is friendly but comes with the "big bank vibe." Fast turnaround for getting cash when needed. Expect what you expect, and their tv plays everything in SD oddly enough. Much as I dislike bug banks this is a nice spot to handle your checking needs.

Horrible customer service. Judge people based on how you look and lie about their processes. I was told at this location how international checks were processed. Called three different locations and received different information. Why lie to customers when information can be verified? Consistency is the key to elevating your brand
