“We went to Nordstrom, Aerie, Hollister, PacSun, Abercrombie and Buckle last today. None of the other stores had employees ask if we needed anything at all or we couldn’t find anyone on the floor. Suzy at Buckle who I think was the store manager was AMAZING. She came up to us and asked if we needed any help, pulled sizes, introduced herself and checked on us multiple times in the fitting room. It didn’t feel like she was trying to make a sale but genuinely wanted to help! We left with 2 pairs of jeans! Definitely is someone who cares about her job. Thank you Suzy!”
“I was in desperate need of a couple bras that fit me well, and decided to walk into Soma at the Fountains. I was quickly greeted by the kind and wonderful Sandra, and she stepped into action to get me fitted and finding the right bra immediately. She clearly had a ton of knowledge as she gently guided me through the process of elimination. I walked out with a miracle bra that is both wireless AND offers lots of lift! “I wish I could remember the names of the staff who helped us because several of them were just amazing. Yesterday, 8/9/25, my daughter and I went into the store. She picked out several items to try on, and the staff were so helpful—finding the right sizes, helping us locate what she wanted, and even pairing things together.
When we got to the fitting rooms, one of the outfit zippers broke, and my daughter was so sad. We grabbed another one, but that zipper was messed up too, and she ended up in tears. The staff were incredibly kind, reassuring her it wasn’t her fault. They offered to either give us the outfit at a discount or order one online and ship it to our house. They were so apologetic and genuinely sweet about the whole situation.
They even went the extra mile to find another outfit, checked to make sure the zipper worked, and made sure my daughter left with the one she wanted most. I just have to applaud the young women working there for being so caring and patient—it really made my mom heart happy. We had such a great experience and will definitely be shopping there again. Huge thanks to the entire staff for all their help—it was truly appreciated!”

I am always greeted when I enter. THAT is so important to me. If they are busy with a customer they take that short second to welcome me. They appreciate their customers.
I appreciate the staff of the Moth Hole and enjoy shopping, whether I leave with a bag full of clothes, of whether I look forward to coming back to see what they new to the store.

But the cherry on top was Liz who checked us out at the register and helped up get a great deal on the BOGO (which I had no idea about) and figured out how to split our purchases into two payments while maintaining the discount on our items. “I absolutely love ChoCho’s. I have to say that most of my wardrobe is from there. One of the nicest things about ChoCho’s is it is a smaller store unlike the huge clothing stores like Macy’s and Nordstrom’s and I don't get lost in thousands of racks of clothing (very mind boggling for me). Additionally, the selection of clothing is perfect. Most of my scarves, jewelry and other accessories come from there as well. Oh and for clothing for cruises, this is the go to place. The owner selects clothing for women not teenyboppers. I sometimes avoid going into the store because I am sure to spend a pile of money every time I do.
If you want specialized treatment, this is where to go. I personally prefer to pick out my clothes and try on things without help. However, the owner and her staff are sensitive to this. They help me select, mix and match my outfits and seem to have an eye for fashion. It’s so wonderful because I simply am not very good at it.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about ChoCho’s and the Elva Wallace the owner. You simply must go there and see how wonderful it is!”
