“Terra-cotta boutiques has multiple locations. None are as well run and managed in the fountains location. The sales people are always helpful. As you enter the store you are greeted by name!! Who does that??? Additionally, the sales professionals always offer additional suggestions to the outfit.

“Had to leave a 5 star review for M&M Couture because the experience was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness and genuine customer service. The ladies were so patient, helpful, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They really took the time to listen and made the whole experience feel special instead of rushed. You can truly tell they care about their customers and love what they do. Finding a place with this level of professionalism and warmth is rare these days. “This place is a wonderland for crystal lovers and practicing witches. They have specialized tools that you don't see at other shops in Sac and their pricing is super reasonable! Definitely worth the trip and luckily, they have their own parking so you don't need to worry about street parking or fines so long as you're there for this shop! Will make it a point to visit whenever I can make the trip!”

She made me a dressing room for a skirt I was looking at, and quickly grabbed some other things for me to try on. Was extremely kind and welcoming and I ended up getting the outfit she had picked out for me! The clothing quality is so amazing, and the options in store are cute with so much variety.”

Overall, a staff member named Noah took the cake. He went above to try and find me a pair of Vans I had seen the night before in store. After not finding them the first search he kindly let me know. “Last year, I purchased a pair of work boots that I only wore during the rainy season. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the soles on both boots had cracked and split in half. I didn’t notice the damage until this year.
I visited the store last night to buy a new pair, and after explaining my situation, the manager offered to looked up my original purchase see if i am still eligible for warranty. Even though it had been a little over a year, he still honored the warranty and gave me full credit toward a new pair—one he personally recommended as a better option.
Huge kudos to the team for going above and beyond. Not only did they save a customer, but they also earned a lifelong one.”
“I had the best experience ever buying bras at Soma! I wanted to find a store for a good women’s bra, not some over trendy place with all sorts of embellishments etc lol if you know what I’m referring too. Just some good, supportive everyday bras. I believe it was Nancy who helped me I hope that’s her name. She was incredibly helpful getting me all kinds of bras that fit just right, she took the time to check each one for a proper fit and was very knowledgeable. This is my new go-to store for all bras! They also had a great variety of comfy loungewear, I will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great experience.”

“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! Talk about a one stop shop! SYOY! :)”

“I absolutely love ChoCho’s. I have to say that most of my wardrobe is from there. One of the nicest things about ChoCho’s is it is a smaller store unlike the huge clothing stores like Macy’s and Nordstrom’s and I don't get lost in thousands of racks of clothing (very mind boggling for me). Additionally, the selection of clothing is perfect. Most of my scarves, jewelry and other accessories come from there as well. Oh and for clothing for cruises, this is the go to place. The owner selects clothing for women not teenyboppers. I sometimes avoid going into the store because I am sure to spend a pile of money every time I do.
If you want specialized treatment, this is where to go. I personally prefer to pick out my clothes and try on things without help. However, the owner and her staff are sensitive to this. They help me select, mix and match my outfits and seem to have an eye for fashion. It’s so wonderful because I simply am not very good at it.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about ChoCho’s and the Elva Wallace the owner. You simply must go there and see how wonderful it is!”
