Needed a question answered over the phone, since North Santa Maria wasn’t picking up the phone. I talked to a guy name Nathaniel and we was very helpful! Unlike the sm location which can’t even pick up there phone.

Orcutt is turning into a city. Autozone came after Orielly. As a small town guy, I have a loyalty towards shops that were in town first. Very competitive pricing with Autozone. I don't want to bash Autozone, but Orielly seems to be more knowledgeable when it comes to finding the right parts for your car, pretty tough competition though.

Clean and well stocked store. The staff is helpful and available for questions. If you don't see the item you are looking for on the shelf, ask and it may be on one of the racks in the back.

David and his team is always awesome!!!Great service & knowledgeable on what I need.I live in Santa Maria but I drive here to get my parts, it's hard to find great service these days. That's why the drive is always worth.

Long time loyal customer of O'Reillys. The Staff makes this "the" place to shop. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. They have saved me from multiple trips by suggesting parts that should be or may need replacing, along with the primary project. "Since you got the heads off you might as well replace the XYZ while your in there" or " Don't forget to check the seals on that." When I did that job, I did this I also replaced XYZ too, we can even loan you the special tool needed to replace that. "Great group of people there.(Don't underestimate the knowledgebase.)
