Scheduled a Covid vaccine in advance of a national meeting. When I arrived, I was rudely told I could not get one due to the timing of my previous vaccine. I was well within the guidelines of the CDC recommendations. CVS does not follow CDC recommendations. The staff was rude, telling me to take my business elsewhere, which I did, straight over to Riteaid, where I received the vaccine that same day. I can’t trust a pharmacy that does not follow CDC guidelines, not to mention just how rude and nasty they were. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, probably Amazon pharmacy since I’ll avoid the human face-to-face hassles.

CVS PHARMACY AT ORINDA is great. Everyone there are so friendly and helpful, Kathy is the one who I got her name remembered, she is kind and professional and helpful

This place is literally disgusting. The walls are falling down and there are cobwebs all over. It's a hard to trust a pharmacy to be sterile and clean when it's surrounded with dust. I would suggest getting your meds somewhere else. If only they sold items here to clean your house and could use those to clean the store? Lazy. Gross.

TERRIBLE customer service. Was hung up on, when I called back I was told even though the shipment containing my medication came in at noon I had to come back after 5 because they have too much to do. Not to mention the actual medication was ready a day earlier but they didn't have a basic spacer to use with an inhaler so now on second day without my meds. When I asked why they didn't call another CVS to let me get the spacer somewhere else again I was told they get over 1,000 Rx a day so they don't have time. Other CVS do this (call to find meds) without being asked. If staff really is that busy and overwhelmed I feel for them but then where is their management to ensure they are appropriately staffed to meet customer needs? ATROCIOUS not to mention NEGLIGENT regarding people's medical needs.

I went to Cvs in Moraga for my 3:00 appointment for a Covid booster. When I got there I was told they didn't have any in stock. I called CVS Orinda and they took me in immediately . A very well stocked store and a very friendly pharmacist .

Honestly horrible customer service on the phone. Got hung on not once but twice with attitude from the pharmacist named Sharren and the store manager Dave. The lack of customer care is very clear from both and honestly puts a bad scar at this location. Imagine a pharmacist who doesn't care about helping the patient who is just seeking to clear up questions about there medication. Shame. Please feel free to contact me to resolve the situation.

Horrible customer service. Lacking in life saving medications for children. Lacking in willingness to support families in finding those medications at other CVS. Lacking in inventory and respectful customer service as well as care and concern for the public regarding vaccine administration.

This must be the worst pharmacy on the planet. Extreme wait times, absolutely awful staff and arbitrary rules they've made up to fill or not fill your prescription. I'll gladly pay more never to go here again. Fuck you CVS. Fuck you twice.

Please note that the pharmacy hours are not as stated. Rather, they have instituted an arbitrary lunch hour in which they will close the pharmacy even if you are already in line. Sometimes it's 1-2. Sometimes it's 1:30 until? They are unapologetic about how inconvenienced they are by your patronage.
