Orinda Community Church

Churches & Places of Worship
Hours: Orinda Community Church is a welcoming and inclusive church community that embraces everyone. The church became Open and Affirming in the late 1990s, providing a place for families to grow. The beautiful and peaceful grounds offer numerous groups and ways for people to get involved. The church truly embodies Christian values, with programs like the Winter Nights program and the provision of land for affordable senior housing. The church encourages everyone to ask questions and think for themselves. With its gorgeous stained glass, soaring sanctuary, and excellent acoustics, the A-frame style building set on a hillside offers a peaceful and musical space for worship and community gatherings. The church is praised for its sense of social justice and for being a place where people genuinely live out their faith.
