As a first-time homebuyer, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and that’s all because of Peyman. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words just how incredible she is. From day one, she made me feel supported, never rushed, and always listened to what I needed, even when I wasn’t sure myself.
She encouraged me to explore different homes just to help narrow down what mattered most to me, and that process ended up being more valuable than I expected. When the right home came along, I knew because she had helped me get so clear on what I wanted.
Peyman is not just knowledgeable, she’s trustworthy, calm, and always had my best interests at heart. Even when I panicked and considered overbidding, she kept me grounded with honest advice. She saw things I would’ve never thought to notice and made the entire process feel manageable.

Peyman is an outstanding and excellent real estate agent with deep expertise in east bay homes. We wanted to be on a slower timeline and she was very patient and supportive along our journey to purchase our first home. She walked us through every step of the process, providing guidance and advice when asked, but also allowing us to lead the way where it was important that we do so. She is incredibly professional, responsive to our needs and communicating frequently, while also respecting our work hours, scheduling needs, and vacations. She made herself available whenever needed and went above and beyond to search for us in a very challenging market. She also is very diligent and scrutinizing when it comes to assessing disclosures and doing walkthroughs of a home, especially helpful when looking at older homes. We feel confident that we got a fantastic deal on our new home, and we give a lot of the credit to Peyman in coaching us along the way. Though we are happy to have found our home, we will be sad to not be working with her anymore. Thank you, Peyman!

I had the pleasure of working with Peyman while initially searching for a home in East Bay. She was tireless in showing me homes and quickly understood the type of home I was looking for. What sets Peyman apart is not just her attention to detail but also her honesty and integrity— she never hesitated to highlight potential issues in each property, teaching me how to critically evaluate homes. Despite my decision to shift my search to the South Bay, I knew I wanted to continue working with her. She was adamant that her services were confined to the East Bay, so it took some convincing before she finally agreed to help me in the South Bay, and found my dream home in Los Gatos. Despite the competitive situation with multiple offers, Peyman’s strategic approach to our offer was spot-on. Even after our offer was accepted, Peyman managed the process diligently, helped me with many decisions, including securing insurance, and maintained proactive communication with the seller. She made multiple trips from the East Bay to the South Bay for the walk-through and later to hand me the house keys herself. She is professional, responsible, attentive, and trustworthy. It’s rare to find someone who brings so much to the table, has the patience, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right home. She’s not just a realtor; she’s a true partner in this journey, and I’m grateful for having met her!

It was such a pleasure working with Peyman again to buy our second home in the east bay. She is kind, down-to-earth, and full of experience and connections. Peyman made our whole experience very easy and smooth. She is responsive in her communications (call/text/email) and can work around your schedule to go look at the properties. She went above and beyond to make us, second time home buyers, feel taken care of every step of the way. She is very Kind, hardworking, genuinely honest and very responsive which I find is very very important in real estate especially in this crazy bay area market. She truly puts her clients best interest in mind. There are many agents to work with, but we feel so lucky to work with Peyman again. After working with her again, I can say she is now a part of my FAMILY.

Peyman was just simply incredible. We met her after we had been looking in the city for a few months and had worked with couple of different agents. The difference was obvious immediately. Peyman showed up to the first property that we wanted to put an offer on having done an extensive analysis on (1) the selling agent (2) the property (3) the sellers. She had studied the situation and had an actual strategy to approach the offer. This was nothing like we had experienced before, so we knew we had hit the jackpot with her. We didn't get that first home and we ended up working with Peyman for a few months. Whenver we visited a property Peyman leveraged her decades of experience to point out all the possible downsides with each property and as first home buyers, we really appreciated that. All the other agents we had worked with before did the exact opposite and tried to convince us to put offers—that was never the case with Peyman. Peyman shepherded us through the process and stuck with us through many iterations on price, location, and things that mattered to us. Through it all, she was always incredibly understanding and never got frustrated. In fact, she often reminded us that she'd stick with us as long as it took and that we shouldn't force ourselves to like a home. Because we lived in the city and wanted to buy in Oakland, Peyman often volunteered to preview homes for us. After a few months developed an incredibly clear sense of what we liked and didn't like, and she could often put that into words before we were able to. She's truly a master of her craft. In the end, we bought the home of our dreams below market value thanks to Peyman's offer strategy and her ability to build a relationship with the selling agent. I genuinely cannot recommend Peyman enough, and in fact, we have been recommending her to all of our friends. We'll definitely be working with Peyman again on our next home purchase.

Peyman is truly one of a kind – the best of the best. I have so many amazing things to say about her, I don’t even know where to start!She always puts her client’s interests first, even before her own. She cares immensely about making sure that each client finds their dream house – unlike most agents, if she sees a flaw in a house that you have not noticed, she will tell you to make sure that you end up finding a terrific home. She is incredibly patient, will visit as many homes as needed until you find the perfect one, and is also extremely good at negotiating on behalf of her clients – we were very happy with the price of the home we ended up buying. Lastly, she is also incredibly warm, kind, genuine, empathetic, and fun. On a scale from 1 to 10, she is a 100. I could not rate her more highly. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you should definitely do it!

We had been looking to buy a property in East Bay for almost 5 years on and off with different agents but we weren't successful. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay for it so it made it harder for an agent to accomplish that. On top of that, we had job changes, relocation, death in the family but Peyman stood by our side and work through one of the hardest negotiations I had ever been involved in regards to the real state. We couldn't be happier with her attention to detail, and being on our side rather than simply convincing us to do something.If this wasn't all enough I added another bump to this and wanted to sell my rental property in Santa Rosa. Peyman and one of his associates went out of their way and made that possible all when we were shopping around for a home in East Bay. The full-service selling and buying with her were so natural I wouldn't do it any other way.When you work with Peyamn you realize she may be the biggest critic of the home or something about it, but put your trust in her as she is on your side and wants to look after you.I wanted to also mention with her negotiation skills in this crazy real state market we only paid $10K over the asking price!

My husband and I could not recommend working with Peyman more. She went above and beyond to ensure we achieved a great outcome. She is incredibly smart, detail-oriented, responsive, and kind.
