I have to say. Not impressed with this place. I walked in. I asked if they take walk ins. All I wanted was a trim. Mind you. An older gentleman was sitting on one of the open chairs on his phone. And then looked at me first and then to a worker who was washing the the hair of a client I am assuming that he was the customers husband. He looked confused and a answered for the worker. He told me no but he didn't work there so I'm not sure why he answered. When I asked about the appointment They both looked at each other as if I was speaking a foreign language. What's funny is the worker never answered so I left. Im okay if you don't take walk ins. But to have them stare at me like I had a horn on my head and not even be acknowledged by the actual worker is unprofessional. I really felt like I was being stereotyped and not welcomed here . Not sure it if has to do with race or this how they normally treat ppl. Won't come back though
