NEVER AGAIN! Bought my car from them. Total loss less than a year later. Gave them a SECOND chance and they almost killed my fiancé. Constant tire wobble since we bought the truck. Finally the whole tire flew off on the 99. If you value your life and your money do not buy from them!!!

This is the most crooked, unethical outfit ever. I bought a Jeep Patriot. I also got the warranty which I was told would cover any major issues. Eight months later my drive line broke while I was driving home from work. I lost my steering and was lucky not to crash. The warranty company refused to pay a dime of the very expensive repair, siting a missing bolt. I tried to talk to the dealership and all they said was that I must have caused the problem somehow. Don't buy from these guys!!!!!

Stupid mechanics obviously do not know what they are doing. Take your time and money to the more advanced and professional mechanics just down the road at Hibdon Auto Center. Where they actually know how to do their jobs!:)

I bought a vehicle from them 4 months ago, I put 5k down payment. I told them I needed something bigger. They refused to let me use the car I bought from them as a down payment, they wanted an additional $4000 towards a different car, along with the vehicle I bought from them. Even thought the truck I wanted was priced the same as the suv I currently have. They said it just wasn't worth it to them and they have people to pay and couldn't if I don't put more money down...

I was sold a car with safety recalls. Not just a minor fix but what literally could've been the difference between life and death. For a car dealer to sell an automobile knowing that there's a recall on the airbag because it shoots metal shards at the driver when it deploys says a lot about their character. Buyers beware Super Shopper is the epitome of the used car salesman that you are always warned about.

If I could go lower I would. People do not buy a car from this place. There are plenty of other more used car from bigger dealers that have amazing ethics and will not try to gouge you with a rediculous interest rate. This place tried to give me a 14.99 interest rate. They didn't even try to get my business. After leaving this mom and pop shop I went to Chico and bought a beautiful car from Chuck Paterson with only a 4.8. Interest rate. Thanks super shopper for showing me that scum bag car dealerships still exists.

Submitted a request for pre-approval. A person associated with them called me after 8pm. He immediately, and aggressively, launched into everything that was wrong with my credit. He was unwilling to discuss with me my credit history, how old some issues were, or options so I asked him to not call me back, ever. Felt this was a very rude way to handle a conversation with someone who expressed interest in giving your company business. Trust me, I won't make that mistake again.
