Veronica was an absolute legend. She helped us to solve a problem as we passed through town. She sourced a part for us and then led us to a reputable shop in town (Penners) where we could get service. I could be misremembering the names but Eddie and Hector were very helpful in not only reading my car’s engine codes after the light popped on but also helped recommend places nearby to help fix the issue. Great service all around from them

Outstanding service. When my alternator quit during a road trip the staff was very helpful and understanding while I changed the alternator in my minivan in their parking lot on a Sunday. They rented me tools which I broke, and sold me tools which I also broke. Sold me the alternator and then allowed me to return it as the connections were different. All with a great attitude.

Super helpful staff, easy to get on and off freeway. They lent me a 10mm, I got my battery out, tested, and replaced in minutes. Would recommend.

Thank you suggesting a loaner torque wrench and checking to see if it was in good working order. Torque wrenches should always be stored locked in their minimum torque setting.

Manager that’s short with shoulder length blonde hair ain’t no help asked him to help me with a paint stick didn’t help wasted it on my fur coat I told him this why I asked he said he don’t kno about any of the products he just sells them then says they don’t get paid enough so thanks auto zone for hiring ungrateful ppl won’t be back
