It's a really nice place to live my friend lives there and he tells me it's a great place I'm not really sure because I don't live there my friend does and now he says it's a really really nice place

New owner is letting place fall apart raises rent every Sept but does no improvement s used to be a beautiful park always dreamed of living there put now it's falling apart
