It's worth the drive from Chico to come here. Really great facility, really great people, and good business practices. They have a reasonable sign up fee, membership cost, and cancellation policy with none of the shady stuff you get from the big gyms in Chico. It's nice to feel like I'm working out with a community.

2020 is when I started coming here. Since then, my strength has increased a lot, meet a bunch of new people. This place is a great environment for those who have a background with lifting and even to those who have never touched weights ever in their life, it's an amazing environment and it welcomes all.
