On 9/12/25 my wife was in Orland visiting family and had a desperate need to add coolant to her vehicle, and the staff at the shop took care of her quickly and got her back on the road. The staff members were very kind to her and made her feel like a very valued customer. I definitely recommend the shop if you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and honest place to have your vehicle worked on.

Justin rocks!! I needed an oil change and got a weird runaround from a place in Corning. I called over and he told me to come right in. Knowledgeable, kind, and had my rig sorted in short order. He even had an interesting idea about my driving mirrors! Great guy & shop, will def be back when I'm in the area.

First time getting my truck serviced at this business. Owner is very nice very professional. Explained everything very well. Give me the price before we started very fast stick with the project. Just a simple oil change and standard check engine fluids 30 minutes I was there. And done. Sure will go back again.

Love that they lost everything .. There most expensive thing for oil and inspection was still 15 dollars LESS than jiffy lubes.. the guys here are young smart polite and know what they are doing... They love this town I was doing work on my laptop when a vendor came in and one of the mechanics came and they did their transaction and talked a bit and I was eavesdropping and they were gossiping about the town and not one bad word was spoken I'll of anyone ... It's fun to see how me. Gossip it's so different than women. Super great people with integrity at it's best...

Great experience at the shop! What's driving from out of town found them using Google and was pleasantly surprised they were able to get us in as soon as we pulled up. They worked great together to quickly change oil & get us back on the road in 30min.Service: Oil change

Orland Automotive got my car lubed very quickly. Certainly way faster than at the VW dealer in Chico. They were even able to reset my car's annoying oil change alert. What a time saver for a local resident! They're very friendly.
