Everything was great. But honestly my main point is I believe I just witnessed the most beautiful employee of all of pilot, flying j and every travel center in the USA today. I came in at 3:30am and itās late yet Jada was sweet and very respectful to everyone. Even to the ones that didnāt understand English she was patient and pleasant. I wouldnāt be surprised if she becomes the model employee of all of the franchises. No jokeā¦ unbelievably beautiful. Wait what was I even talking about.. I need to save this location. Will come back here again even though your diesel is California price.
I was tiredā¦ and now Iām wide awake. I donāt think I need this Redbull anymore

Entrance isn't ada compliant good luck getting in with a wheelchair or walker on the truck side since they have a fence you have to step over to get inside unless you want to walk through the fuel islands and go over and under fuel pumps. They could push the fense back enough for a person to get through until the construction is done.

Once again corporations do the stupidest things! There was nothing wrong with the showers at the pilot in Orland, California, came to take a shower and they're being renovated! In my opinion CEOs find things to change so they can say that they did something. All they do is waste money! And piss off their customers!

Update: Their response is a lie. Their hold affected my access to funds for 2 days, not a few hours.
Sneak thieves! Why does Pilot always make a separate false charge of $151 on top of my fuel purchase? Used Pilot here and one other time in Oregon. Is it so they can collect interest for the day or two that they claim that your money is theirs. Tried to call the store and the corporate number my credit card gave me. Nobody answers at the store because it always a busy signal and the corporate number is non-existent

Water was Luke warm if that. Needs attention, some of the hangers for your items need replaced other than that and the water not hot they are okay.

Took 20 min to pump 16 gallons into my vehicle. Slowest pumps I've encountered EVER, all 50 states and multiple countries. Was always a fan of pilot until now
