Boy it is like pulling teeth to get any kind of information I should have never went to Quest my doctor sent a letter stating that I needed a follow up I have no idea but I just can't get any information by screwing around with your computers answering service. After messing around on the phone for over 20 minutes I just want to talk to the front desk but I guess that's impossible. Don't get me wrong the staff is always polite and kind but I have no idea what's going on with your phone system.... thanks a lot

My husband had an appointment with you the lady was rude and said we’re closed he was at work and had to go out of his way to get there for them to say we’re closed with an appointment is not ok

Fix your answering machine. Nobody gives a f about covid. Choosing option 6 to speak to a representative doesn't do anything.

Wow! Being from Southern Cal this was a refreshing change! Walked in and had an appt but there was no wait! Love the new process you can do everything online and get a code to use to sign in! Easiest test I have ever had and the girl (ugh forgot her name) working today was kind and did a great job! Found my vein and no bruising! And no wait! Thank you!! Super clean and nice facility!

Whenever a my doctor writes an order for a blood test, I go here because I've have the problems here that I've had at other labs. I'm a very difficult person to draw blood from. At other labs, including hospitals, I've experienced having the drawer unable to access the blood vessel resulting in Very, Large Dark Bruising where they've blown my blood vessel in 3 or 4 different locations. I have Never had that problem when I go to this Quest Diagnostics, Lab. When drawing blood, they always get me the first time w/no bruising. I highly recommend this location.
