This place is okay the rent. Nice staff, but they don't have a dumpster & will charge 150 dollars if you leave anything for others behind. They don't prorate rent on move in or out so its full price either way. They have rodents that damaged a few things I have in there. The black boxes they have must not be maintained, because I saw feces and urine on my belongings. I'm very upset about that and will not store anything here again. Once I am able to move my belongings I will know if anything important has been damage by the rodents. The manager has been very professional & friendly.

A lot of work is being put into this facility, which is so nice to see! I had issues getting a hold of someone in the past, but had no issue the last two times I called recently. This is a family owned business and lately the care and maintenance really makes me feel safe knowing my stuff is well stored. Plus the location is great!

Clean, great customer service, and I feel safe storing my items here. It looks like the owners have been putting a lot of work into the place recently. Price is reasonable. I would recommend storing your items here!

It's sad that they can't answer there phone. Been trying for three days straight and all you get is a constant busy signal. Plus they aren't open to go talk to them. Need to close my account and can't do it.

I was trying to find a storage unit near Chico and ended up looking in orland since availability is so low from the fire. I tried to call since they have no website and the person I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude about every question I asked, extremely unclear when answering my questions and rather than actually explaining everything just repeated herself in a more condescending tone every single time. My options are very limited but I'm still not going to rent from these people. I'm not interested in giving money to anyone that would be so rude when I'm trying to find out if I can use their service. If you want any information from these people and be treated like a human at the same time, you're out of luck. Don't even bother calling.

good home town feel storage unit ,open 7 days a week , friendly people ,helpful people, you can store you goods for home as well as business purposes as I've witnessed myself .the building is a little older than most but the owner and employees are just as true there's also a nursery as well as a little shop to buy household goods as well makes you feel as if you've went back in time to one of those old general stores good people ,great storage units and just a true down home place , that's one reason I love this town of orland it just makes you feel like you have stepped back in time but are still progressing at same time stop and check a couple of places out as your flying through to the casino, lol you wont be sorry !!
