“I wish I could give this location more than 5 starts! I got my tires from Roseville Les Schawb 4 years ago. ( I got their house brand and suppose to be their best, long lasting etc tires ) Since than I had all kinds of issues with it. Tires would ‘t hold up in rainy weather. It had traction issues. When I turn right or left the car would slide and I would totally loose control of the stirring wheal. This happenee many times and I almost crashed into the ather cars or to the curve. So I went to Roseville location multiple times and they didn’t help me at all. To refund or no partial refund. Tires had suppose to have the limitless warranty on them but instead they tried to sell me new ones. Anyway I was in Orland and went to Les Schwab in there to ask them of they can help. They were above and beyond. They said they don’t sell tires I had anymore and gave me a huge refund for all four of the old tires and changed them withthe new ones. I paid way less for the new ones that I paid for the old ones four years ago. They immidetly changed the tires. It was so quick. They were extremly helpful and very nice. I am very happy with new tires so far. Orland Les Schwab is my go to from now on.”
