I would give Zero stars if we had a choice. On march 25, 2024 we came in Orosi Cricket to pay and the girl that help us said that cricket was going to send us a receipt through msg. Today is April 2nd 2024 and now tthey suspended my Aunt's
account cus they say we didn't pay and now, We have to pay for suspension fee plus another late payment fee. I want to know what happened to the money the $85 that we came and personally paid at this area. This place are scamming people !!!! It's not right!!!!

15 dollars for a activation fee, when I already have service. I'm a value customer that should be valued. Couldn't buy my phone inside this store with out paying a 15$ extra fee to activate my already activated phone. I mean who can't take their own SIM card from one phone to another. Anyway went got my phone from Walmart finally I can receive calls again. Payed less buy 25$
