My mail kept getting not delivered or delivered to the wrong address and getting lost multiple times. Spoke with the male supervisor he said he would fix the issue, it happened again the following day I went to go speak with him again. Man gave me nothing but bad attitude after they were at fault. They’re personal is also not generous in general. They should be happy they have the job that they do if not they should definitely be working somewhere els

Took the day off work to take my kids to get their passports. We did not have appointments but they do walk ins. Long story short, the lady was very rude! I was missing their old passport number. I told her I’d be back & she tells me there is a lot of ppl on the schedule & I should just make an appointment. I told her I can wait. Then tells me she has to take a lunch. Ok, do they not have other staff to cover? Like I told her, I took the day off to do this. I was there for almost 2 hours. Then tells me they stop the applications @ 2:30 pm. She just didn’t want me to come back, ok no problem!

We filled for 5 passports on 10/19 & received them today 11/08. Great people here helped us and gave us different options.

Worst service and representation of USPS. Beware they're associates will put in the incorrect address and then they can't expedite their own mail to reference your registered address. Then their mail carrier can't even check the address they see on the package and determine that the address is incorrect. Then when your package is going to be return due to their error you have to pay to get intercepted. I can look up an address on Google to get it right but they cant?? I recommend just sending money for Christmas gifts rather than using USPS. At least something gets delivered!

This Post Office is run by very nice people, helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I highly recommend Leticia. She is the Best! Always helping the public with a smile:). Cathy great supervisor. When the girls aren’t there, she jumps right in to help.
