“I made an appointment through the Kitchenaid service link and was expecting to have to wait weeks for a response or an appointment. I was able to make an appointment through the website within the week and then found out that it was local, I was very surprised. What made the whole experience better was the tech, Tyler, explained everything to me as he was performing the work on my refrigerator. He even followed up a few days later when I wasn’t expecting it. Everything is working as expected still.”

“Visited August 12 2026. See my receipt as always. This is the first time visiting this location in Oroville. Its quite big inside along with a gardening area as well. I bought some cleaning supplies but I originally went in there to look at lighting fixtures. It is well marked and clean inside. Friendly employees! Plenty of parking and good experience!”
