I don’t feel comfortable with people in my home I don’t know but thought okay, I need this for my daughters safety and me for more peace of mind. I ‘m glad I moved passed by comfort zone this time. I not tech savvy at all, however, glad they had installation service and Technician who came to install for my home security alarm was clean, courteous and patient. You can’t put a price on your safety and it’s a very reasonably priced system for us.We haven’t had any porch pirates in months since having it installed.
