From the security guard outside to the tellers to the manager of the bank they are all very friendly and they go above and beyond. I guess I'm one of those special people that always ask her extra stuff and they always do it for me without making me wait for a long time. Today I asked for a key for the deposit box and they were super accommodating. Look forward to having a nice business relationship with them.”

“I've used this branch a few times and have always had a good experience. The hours are pretty reasonable, so you're able to come by and get stuff done. They have covered ATM access outside and even a drive thru. The real shining spot though, are the professionals that work here. The manager is very thorough and on top of everything, and the personal bankers are really knowledgeable and amicable. I had a great time working Victor, who was able to answer every question I had and walked me through everything. Everyone looked happy here. Even the security guard was laughing and flirting with one of the tellers, haha. The customer service couldn't be any better.”

“Normal bank! Limits amounts of money you can withdraw out of your account. Only a few tellers. Not really my favorite institution since being convicted of fraudulent activity a few years back! If ya! Like em do your due! If not than I think there's better financial institutions out there! JMO!”
“The people at Sierra Central credit union have always been very professional, yet polite and home town friendly and always help me with whatever issues I may have. You don't get bogged down with "big bank" red tape BS and they're easy to get a hold of and talk with.I think any issues people may have is because they expect big bank operations from a credit union and don't understand what the differences may be.I've had accounts there for years and have never had a problem. So, don't listen to other people, even me. Just go down and talk to them yourself and find out if they're the match for you.”
“This is the best branch in the world. Hard to believe in Oroville. But this bank is not tied to any supermarket, not labeled, and I have found the ladies in this building love thier clients. They are always curtious and polite to all customers. I always feel at home when I get money from this bank. Weird, but the staff is just that great. Plus, they always have great promos for their customers with low interest rates.”

“I've been banking with Tri Counties bank for only a couple months now but all the employees have been nice and helpful!! Sheryl or Cheryl who helped me close my account yesterday and open a new one, is my absolute Angel! Not only is she beautiful on the outside but she is beautiful on the inside. She was so patient.
