“Foothill meat locker is the absolute best! The team is amazing, (Emily is the sweetest gem) the cuts are fantastic, pricing is a little high but well worth it. I am never disappointed leaving here. I do wish there were wholesale options to be able to make cuts at home. I would love to cap an entire prime rib myself (a menu with larger size chunks would be wonderful). You have to try their sauces and seasonings!!! It genuinely makes it hard to go back to your basic chain grocery store bbq sauces. Definitely try a little of everything, baked goods, and all!!”
