“I rented a vehicle from Enterprise starting off at a week, due to my car being broken down and waiting on repair. The staff at Oroville Enterprise rent-a-car have all been superior with their customer service. They even offer d me a car seat but I already had one. Even with a slight issue with one of their cars I rented they quickly swapped us into another vehicle (that was a upgrade from the previous) and had it warmed up and ready for us to put our baby in when we arrived. Which I was so thankful for as it was cold and raining. We were swapped out in less than 5 minutes. I have had the rental for nearly a month now, and even with a few kinks with my bank they worked with me all the way through. It's hard to find a great company with superior customer support... Thank you Oroville Enterprise google only allows 5 stars but from me you get 10. Thanks so much for the positive expirence and great service. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐”

“My family and I have rented from this location multiple times. The service is top notch and the vehicles have been in excellent and clean condition. The two ladies go out of their way to make us feel special. My wife was looking to buy a new car so we put in a special request for a Nissan Rogue and called ahead but they did not have one so the ladies made a phone call and brought one in from another location.”
