Cricket double charge my auto pay account and would not refund or credit me back. Went into the store to resolve the matter. They tell me to the 800#. They tell me to go my bank. To the point I have to disconnect my line and went with another carrier after over 10 years with them. What a joke!

Terrible service, I went to buy a phone the day my plan expired, I paid for the phone, activation and my plan, the total cost was 165 dollars, and my plan expired, the payment for the plan was not made, when I returned to the place to see what had it happened? It turned out that the plan had not been paid, now they told me either you pay or you will not have data, the truth is that this bothered me a lot since they stole my monthly payment of 64 dollars.
My annoyance is because nowhere do they give you a dollar, and if you go to make a payment and you are missing a penny, they won't make the payment effective either. I hope you take action on the matter, so that someone else doesn't go through what I went through.

Rude people work there but I do have to say one if the guys that worked there stepped up to help and was very helpful, he should be training all the other employees in customer service as well as knowledge in what they are selling.

They restored my service after making a huge mistake. I met a nice supervisor he fixed the issue I had been extremely upset about.
