Stephanie at the Pharmacy just made my day. She bent over backwards to help me with the prescription order when I was going out of town. Things were kind of complicated in that I had switched doctors and yet she had no problem going above and beyond trying to contact my doctor for me and help me out when I needed my prescription filled last minute! She offered to help me with out me having to ask. ❤️ I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, and in a world where Customer Service can be rare, she is a bright shining star! I have always been very happy with the service at this store, especially at the pharmacy but also the workers in the store have always been helpful and friendly. I appreciate this much!

Taylor the cashier was soooo pleasant. She is an asset to your team. You can always tell when someone doesn't like their job. Everything she did was right, and refreshing. Keep her.

No one at registers, sells expired food . Seems to get worse and worse . Thanks cvs, I guess I'm to blame for not checking the dates of your produce on your you out out .

I recently watcbed "The war on ivermectin "that shows that two out of three people diagnosed with Covid and use ivermectin survive covid , it's not just for horses like the fake mainstream news says. So when I got out of the hospital after being diagnosed with Covid I called CVS in Oroville California to get a prescription of ivermectin, they instructed me they do have it but will not prescribe it for COVID-19 patients. According to the documentary and book "the war on ivermectin, it saves lives (2 out of 3) you can review it on the thehighwire.com just search "The war on ivermectin" it's Worth watching if you or your loved ones have suffered with Covid and want inexpensive medication these guys have it and they deny anyone with Covid even with a prescription. I have been going to CVS a good part of my life but I have lost all respect for them on this one... no more shopping there. Denying humans medication that can save their lives is a horrible policy CVS ! You have sold out to Americans with your pathetic policy denying a medication that can save lives!

The staff at this pharmacy are so awesome. They work very hard to care for their patients' well being. The pharmacists are so helpful and caring I have never experienced such caring at any other pharmacy. My hat goes off to them. Thumbs up guys!!!

The drive through was taking longer than expected so I went inside to get my prescription. I overheard the pharmacist and his technicians degrading the customers weight and saying that it wasn’t a McDonald’s drive thru. Very unprofessional

It's always delightful to see Pachua (a.k.a. Chuy) behind the counter working his magic in the pharmacy! He's always friendly, helpful, patient, & understanding and he's a genuine pleasure to work with. He definitely goes the extra mile to make the customer feel like they're family, not just a number on a prescription bottle. He truly cares about and loves what he does! He's a great asset to CVS and the community!

OUT OF STOCK on MANY ITEMS/. STORE IS DIRTY / YOU NEVER SEE MANAGMENT/ BRIAN WAS GREAT- HE MANAGED AS YOU SHOULD.MANAGMENT NOW HIDES IN THE OFFICE.THE ONE EMPLOYEE HAS TO STOCK SHELVES AND WATCH THE FRONT END. MANY ISLES ARE OUT OF VIEW OF THE CHECKSTAND. SO YOU WAIT ... THE SELF CHECKOUT MSACHINE HAS TOO MANY REQURED STEPS TO USE. IT'S VERY SLOW / YOU HAVE TO FIGHT IT TO USE IT# OUT DATED PROGRAM/ NOT USER FRIENDLY. ITS TOO HARD TO SHOP IN YOUR STORE./ CHAMA IS GREAT 100% CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. KUDO'S TO HER.// THE REST OF YOUR.IS NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO PAY" MORE "THAN ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEM. YOU NEED TO STEP IT UP or ONLY have a Pharmacy// THE EXPERIENCE WAS A 1-3 # BAD...! Always a wait in line to pick up!!Today I went to pick up at 4:50 a hand written note on window it closed at 4:45! Who closes at4:45 !!' Not 5. Not. 4:30 !!! Crazy. crazy I think I am switching to Walgreens!

CVS staff is caring and friendly. They are so observant of what meds may be harmful to me in conjunction with my other meds. They inform me and contact my Dr. It is a pleasure doing business with them

I want to preface this by saying that I am in no way angry at the staff, and that I get they are just doing their job. The staff were genuinely friendly, and I give them 5/5.That being said, I went down to buy a computer mouse. The internet said it was available for $16.40ish, I go down there and the price tag is for $16.40ish, but they charged me more than $33.00. It is plain to see that corporate is incapable at keeping track with their prices. Again, not the staff's fault, they don't set prices, but the price we see needs to be the price we pay!

VERY nasty, tired, lazy staff up front at cashier. Lord don't have trouble with their self serve check out. She will EXPLODE!!!!!!!! The B and the old man are not there to work!!! Watch out!!!!! Go to any CVS but stay the heck out of Orrville 's They'll ruin your day ???
