Needed to get some items for my car chasing dog until we can get a fence. Terry helped me find some things , then asked what I needed it for. Then he came up with a much better idea, that solved all my problems, and he made me keys, as well. Great employee!

Absolutely terrible follow through and customer service. A very simple return with a paper receipt as well as an emailed receipt. The bar code number changed within two weeks of my purchase. The item description was the same. The brand was the same. They refused the return and gave me the only option..... to drive to a different state because that region Carrie's the brand now. Meanwhile they're are people next to me with no record of buying construction tools and receiving gift cards. They're playing the game and I just have a valid return with proof. An hour of debate didn't matter. Week management and customer service.

We buy a lot of things at the Home Depot in Oroville, CA and this is the best store we've ever been to and we've been to a lot. Everyone is every helpful and know their jobs. They all represent the store brand very professionally. A shout out goes out to Mike, Alex and Alex who helped me load my new gas stove into my truck. Also would like to thank Jaddy and especially Kari who brought us a bottle of water. Kari was very helpful and friendly we really like her personality. All these people show that this HD store is the best. Thanks guys and gals and keep up the great work.

WORST SERVICE!I usually buy at Chico or YubaCity locations, and this it's the first time and last that im buying a pile on this location, the workers do not care and they don't even offer their help, they made me load the truck by myself just cause they couldn't move the pile indoor, I asked if I could meet them in the back so they could just drop it with the 4clift, and they said they are not allowed to open back doors, i they always load my tuck on other locations on back doors. This it's a joke, never stopping at this location!

Went to the Oroville Home Depot and was immediately greeted by Johni in customer service. He went above and beyond to help us find items to help eliminate mice in our RV. Not only did he recommend products but took us to locate each one. We give John an A+ for excellent customer service!

I had an associate (Jose) help me with all my questions. They also took me to the items I needed and walked me through what problem I could possibly encounter with my project. They also went through alternative ways to do the project with a similar if not better outcome.

I went to Home Depot last night to Exchange a bad battery on a Milwaukee to I bought I brought the wrong credit card so they weren't able to find it so I went in this morning I explained what's going on the customer service person cannot find the item he said I needed the barcode or something like okay I'll go get a box with the same tools so you'll be able to find it unassociated I asked him to open the cage so we can take a box so we can get the barcode so they will be able to pull it up and use the correct credit card he looked at the impact drill and said how long ago did I purchase it I don't like about two and a half months ago he goes it looks older than that and I asked him if you ever worked in construction before he lost all his life I go well you should know tools get beat up very quickly in construction and he gave giving me negative things like I was trying to do a swap and steal a different type of gun made me feel very uncomfortable didn't management came up and they couldn't find it and they go there's nothing they can do I go out I just bought it I need to find out if I'm under the 90-day warranty and he goes there's nothing I can able to do for you you don't have a receipt or nothing I go but I purchase it with a credit card there's nothing I can do for you I had to call corporate and complain the Home Depot in Oroville give customers very bad service I never had to experience this in my life I will never shopping Oroville Home Depot they have very bad customer service including their managers

This store has gone downhill since Neil left. He was in charge of the delivery services. He made sure that every single item was measured correctly and put into the system correctly for all the deliveries, including Roadie. We came in to pick up an order, and Brenda, a manager, said that online does the measurements. However, the Chico Home Depot has the same exact order for the same customer, and their measurements for the order are correct. If managers are constantly putting blame on other departments and NEVER calling them to resolve or fix the issue, then it is the manager's fault. I lost over $30 in gas just because this wasn't measured correctly and put into the system correctly. It said the order was small and should fit in the front seat. I'm sorry, but 80" (80 inches) isn't going to fit in someone's front seat! This is a result of poor management because they don't care to even try to rectify the issue by following the proper procedures and reporting when a job isn't done correctly. I now refuse to do any Roadie deliveries for this Hime Depot. What happened to Neil? He knew what he was doing, and we never had an issue with measurements when he was around. Get rid of Brenda who likes to argue with customers/drivers, place blame on others without even trying to fix the issue, and she even raised her voice when the issue was explained. That's not how management should treat people inside their store!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Especially over this horrible interaction with Brenda the manager.

Dear Home Depot Of Oroville y’all are some disrespectful people! How dare you make a woman feel less of a woman and y’all moms should be shamed of you guys! Home Depot should know what employees they have on the floor! Y’all should have to take a class for how to deal with the public and learn the skills of how to treat someone who purchased a expensive product from you guys and who does business with y’all! I won’t be spending my hard working American money there no longer!✌?

Don’t shop here if you expect any type of customer service. I have never seen so many employees standing around doing nothing. And, they expect you-the customer-to cut your own trim and lumber?!?! What the heck is that about? Sounds like a liability issue waiting to happen.

I found a beautiful split leaf philodendron in an attractive white pot with no hole on the bottom. It's perfect looking. Then I see yes made in China; and it's root ball, surrounded by plastic. Even the tag says, "must have good drainage" That means to me, I am spending more money _ time if I want to save this plant & help it thrive. No price tag, just scan code. I want it, I think it's worth $25. I decided I would pay $30.The cashier advised it was $70..
