They do not have a rental service in Oroville yet they confirmed a reservation. This has left me stuck here. I will never use Hertz and do not recommend that you do either.

This is no longer a hertz, it got replaced with a jiffy lube

I would not go there. Save your time a money and go else where. That place is a joke!
I know I will go somewhere else. And I will never go there again.
