My family and I have rented from this location multiple times. The service is top notch and the vehicles have been in excellent and clean condition. The two ladies go out of their way to make us feel special. My wife was looking to buy a new car so we put in a special request for a Nissan Rogue and called ahead but they did not have one so the ladies made a phone call and brought one in from another location.

I rented a car from this location on February 4th, I had booked a Small car, and when I got there they had upgraded the car to a bigger one. Then the problems started. The car was filthy both outside and inside, so they took the car back and washed it. As I was looking over the car again, it was still filthy. So they took the car back again to wash it. This place sucks boycott Hertz I'm gonna keep this short and to the point we went into your Oroville california car rental agency to pick up a car that we had reserved a long time in advance. So when we get there they bring out the car and the thing is filthy dirty so we said we're not gonna take that one. Set an a go back and clean it then I bring it back again and it still dirty so I said is still dirty. So then they take it back again and after this amount of time and we're there for an hour and a half they bring it forward and all of a sudden all these lights and buzzers go. The car is broken it's the only one they have so then they wanted us to take it anyway and we're like we can't take a broken rental car and by law you can't rent it to us. So then They said well we don't have anything do you want to cancel your reservation? No, we have a reservation we need a car we've already paid for a hotel. So we have to wait three hours and we come back and they got a car for us but guess what is this huge monster SUV. Well it turns out this thing is three times the price that we wanted to pay and that we requested But we have to take it. So we've already discussed this several times with your customer service and they're like oh calls us after the rental period is over just take the car so we did that. So then we finish the rental and I come back home and call and we are charged well over $200 extra that we shouldn't pay and I call your customer service and they offer me a $50 coupon because that's all they can do. And they're blaming the people that work at the local agency well they don't manage your assets it's not their fault totally that you don't have the car that we requested. So you're going to send me a $50 coupon for stealing $200 from me. This is bull please fix this. by the way I'm letting everybody I know on Facebook and everybody on YouTube know how bad you are. Spend all that money on advertising you want but I'm gonna tell my friends and they're going to tell there friends and they're going to tell there friends.

Reserved a car 4 days ago all set made plans and received my confirmation number to pick up at7:30 only to be told so sorry we dont have your car or any car for that matter .ruined my plans which actually cost me for short notice cancelling .thanks a lot not even an offer of any compensation whatsoever very inconsiderate place business.

We had a PREPAID reservation and when I went to pick up the car, the lady working in this office, with very rude maners told us that there was not cars available. Then she left to take some lady home and left us outside saying she was coming back in couple of minutes. She took about 30 minutes to get back. When she got back she was nothing but useless. Giving not solutions and any help. After lots of arguing and TWO HOURS waiting she finally gave us a car.

Be safe. Rent from someone else. This Hertz agency took my money but wouldn't give me a car. I'd rented a car for a week, through Travelocity (with a debit card) but when I arrived to pick it up I was told that Hertz no longer accepts debit cards & I'd need to pay with a credit card. Well, I don't have a credit card & I don't want one. So I had to leave without the car... and then they charged my debit card for the week. I guess their "no debit card" policy only applies if you want something in return for your money. When Travelocity tried to help me reverse the charges, they were told that it was a "non refundable reservation charge." No. It was theft. I'm on my third day of phone calls & emails with no resolution. UPDATE: A couple of weeks, a few headaches, & a dozen or so phone calls later... the charges were reversed. Thank you, Hertz.

This place needs to fix their customers service. How the f*** do you not have my car ready after a week of reservations? This Hertz is a fucken joke! Don't waste a dime on this place.

OMG what a mess of a business. There was one employee washing the cars and renting them. There were 4 people waiting and I waited for about half an hour. The office was dirty with torn blinds on the windows. The car was not clean inside. When I returned it another employee came strolling in and had the personality of a toad. She was not in any hurry to help and I had an Uber driver waiting for me. Never again would I rent from Hertz. Enterprise will come and pick you up and take you back to your location. Check this place out before you rent a car and wear gloves when you walk in to there office.

Very bad service, never going back to this place. I rent a car 2 week in advance and when i went to pick it up they had no cars at all, and they had 2 more people waiting for one. Very very disappointing i end up renting another car in another place. No respect for their bussiness and zero respect for their customers.

Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever come across!!! Not only did they charge my mothers credit card but then was extremely rude amd refused to give her a car!
