Beware!! They will sell you furniture with goodwill tags still on the mattresses. And it won't get delivered when told and bed frame was stripped and flimsy. The owner says he'll take care of it then will ghost you. He is rude and arrogant. Go somewhere else anywhere else!!!

Went to Holbrooks and they were very nice and helpful. I ordered a sectional and was nervous because I couldn't see it in real life to see how big it was. The owner of the company told me that if I get it home and I don't like it, I can return it for a store credit. I got the sectional delivered and it was massive. I called the store on the following Monday (it was delivered on a Friday) and nobody answered so I left a message. I told them that not only did the recline button not work, but the sectional was way too big and I wanted to return it for a store credit. I never heard back from them. Now it's been more than 30 days, so it's too late to return it and I'm stuck with a massive sectional that I hate. I will never shop there again.

(Skip to the end for short story)Is half star an option? First off, our original order was botched due to the ongoing conversation about the devil, God, free masons... I'm pretty sure aliens and monsters were the next subject? Anyways our order got messed up on our dinning table. We got the missing bench on order, which now wasn't part of the original conversation and we will have to pay for that separately? It took me 2 months of countless calls, that would most of the time, get ignored or answered and I'd be told to I'll get a call back which NEVER happened. Some calls would actually get forwarded but when I'd call from a different number he would answer immediately. Anyways, after all of this I finally get my bench and he charged me nearly $20 more than I was told. When I mentioned the poor experience and lack of professionalism, he simply said "I dont have room to discount and oh sorry about the customer service" and left it at that...it weren't for the holiday I would have canceled everything.Long story short, I do not recommend this place what so ever. Very poor customer service! Do yourself a favor and seek out other options.

I was just looking at what they had as it was closing time. I asked about delivery and he said $7.00 great then when it was time to sign I said man it sure went up from what he quoted and his replay was taxes. So when I got home I looked at the receipt $40.00 for using my bank card,$85 for delivery and of course taxes. So I stopped payment at bank, received a letter from Bank saying the money was back in my account then about a month later another letter came saying they took the $607was taken back out. Now I either take the love set or lose my money. I informed my bank I don't do business with a lier but I guess in this case I do. I'm 77 and feel like I am being abused and I'm not done yet with this company. I'll get my money back one way or another I can sue for elder abuse.and just might take it that farhe said sure how much would it be he said$7.00

I had every intention on going to a big name furniture chain but thought I'd check out this place. Tyler sat down with me and listened to my VERY specific needs (I'm extra when it comes to my home decor ) He went over all the measurements, features and esthetics and found the perfect sectional. Just because it's not in the store doesn't mean it's not available. I was fully prepared to wait the estimated month before it would arrive from the factory but it arrived within a week! Full service too; delivery, set up and haul away of my old sectional. Very happy with my purchase.

This went bad from the start. On Saturday Tyler answered my call and assured me he would be able to get to us by Monday because we we close by. Never heard from him and Monday came and went with no one arriving. When I called back to inquire he told me he forgot and would schedule us for Wednesday. He also informed me that instead of my $65 fee through Select Warranty he said I would have to pay $100 instead. I advised him to not come out and contacted Select Home Warranty. They were unable to secure someone else until the following Monday but when they contacted Tyler directly he agreed to come out for $85 so we reluctantly agreed. Upon his arrival he determined that the drain pump wasn't working and he set the dishwasher to complete a cycle to see if he had managed to clear it and if pump wiuld resume operation. It did not and we notified him by voicemail on January 4th that part needed replacement. He didn't call back until January 10th so in the meantime we had another service company come out and that's when we were told he didn't know what he was doing because this tech could tell in minutes that the pump needed replacement and he promptly placed an order for it. We tried calling multiple times and only got message his voicemail was full. We finally were successful at getting to leave a voicemail days later advising Tyler not to order the part and his services were no longer required. He called back and left message that he had all information and was going to submit it to Select home warranty even though we told him not to order and we were done.
