I am writting this review for a friend who is not familiar with computers. So in his behalf I will be submitting his review. At this Metro store he had taken his phone in because it had gotten water damaged. He had bought his phone at this location and had his contract made up at this location. He also last month paid for two months service in advance. All he wanted to do was buy another phone and credit the one month left onto a new phone. The manager at this location refused to sell him a new phone. Because he did not know his full pin number. He was not aware that it was more then four numbers other wise he would have gaven all of the numbers. He did answere all of the security questions correctly (which no one else would have ever known) he also showed his I.D. S.S. card Yet she still refused to give him service to sell him another phone. She was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. This was the manager of Metro at this location.

This store Sold my mom, who is a 3 time cancer survivor a bad phone and they wont take it back or help her. The girl millie-jean was helpful we thought but she didnt help my mom set up her new phone at all and sent us out the door. My mom realized that the phone wont recive calls or text and does not get signal, so my mom went back into the store to get help and was told they cant do anything for her. Really!!!! You cant help someone, it's your damn job so basically this store took 150 of my moms money and now she is stuck with a phone that dosent work. This is the only communication I have with my mom when I am away at work and she needs a lot of help. This is unacceptable and we may be taking this girl to small claims for this. Really watch what you buy from this store this is not the first time I have had issues with this store. There merchandise seems to be defective.

Always have the answer to my question, are always polite and helpful, and the price is always right. I always recommend Metro to all my friends, and today's visit was no exception.

Real messed up. We were quoted a price for a phone upgrade, got home and seen on the receipt that the upgrade included the bill being padded by a $25 car charger. We were never informed of the sale of the charger. Thievery! All sales final, my a**
