I was in this wonderful office this morning and spoke with Maddie! Even though she's only been there a month she's on top of everything and helped me lower my phone bill $30 and told me how I could get a replacement phone with the insurance that I had! Thank you Maddie!! And thanks to her boss whose name I didn't get! She was very helpful and assisting Maddie! It's the Metro right next to McDonald's!

The young gentleman who helped me and has helped me many times when I have visited the store is the best worker I've ever dealt with and he deserves that recognition Orland Metro
Is awesome! My only complaint is that they get their new number on the Google site when it gives you the hours he finally gave it to me in the store but Metro should have the right number on its website cuz it makes it difficult if you don't know the number to call.

One thing I really like is if ya phone gets turned off you wont have like a 20 dollar fee or more.. and there phones are nice .so what you waiting for?? Oh and there food places next door ?

Poor cumminication, simple questions answered with over explaining rudeness. Asked for a charger she tried to sell me a charging cable

The girls are amazing! They are so helpful and knowledgeable and made picking which tablet and phone would be best suited to the person who was getting them. They made sure it was up and running completely before we left. Was a great experience.

I am posting this for my friend that said he got the best customer service by Lori in oroville store. She took her time went over and beyond what he expected. And it made him happier than he's been in a while. Thank you Lori or Laura. You do you. Its appreciated. Ill be switching to metro next week.

Been with them for 15yrs for some reason when I go to pay it says I've tried (online) over 3 times when I never tried once very frustrating when u try to pay on Sunday and the store is closed and u can't pay online and u have no phone super annoying !!!!
