One thing I really like is if ya phone gets turned off you wont have like a 20 dollar fee or more.. and there phones are nice .so what you waiting for?? Oh and there food places next door ?

The girls are amazing! They are so helpful and knowledgeable and made picking which tablet and phone would be best suited to the person who was getting them. They made sure it was up and running completely before we left. Was a great experience.

I am posting this for my friend that said he got the best customer service by Lori in oroville store. She took her time went over and beyond what he expected. And it made him happier than he's been in a while. Thank you Lori or Laura. You do you. Its appreciated. Ill be switching to metro next week.

Been with them for 15yrs for some reason when I go to pay it says I've tried (online) over 3 times when I never tried once very frustrating when u try to pay on Sunday and the store is closed and u can't pay online and u have no phone super annoying !!!!

The employee who was working at the left side of the front counter on my last 2 visits looks like he is very unhappy working there. Just takes your money and hands change with receipt, no eye contact, thank you, or have a nice day. Immediately turns attention to paperwork with head down- the same when first entered.

I was really disappointed. I usually get super personal help. This time I felt as though me going in for a Tablet and Service was an inconvenience. I purchased a tablet, that ended up having a flaw, wouldn't turn on. So went back.. turns out I won't get one for 2-3 days, because I happened to get a broken one and they have to reorder one. Couldn't just replace it

Lory was working alone today, and it was very busy, people waiting for help outside. She was fast and able to help so many people. She was doing such a wonderful job at her job without complaining even when others said she needed help she kept a positive attitude. I’m sure help would’ve been nice for her but her working there made my experience a lot better! Thank you Lory!

My experience at this store was the most beautiful experience I've ever experienced in a long long time . I've never ever been treated so kindly. The service representative was totally for my comfort. To the point where I switched from boost mobile to metro. I'm totally satisfied with her service in helping me. She went over and above.the call of duty. She has a very professional attitude and she's always pleasant. This has become my favorite store already just because of her and how she attended to my needs. One in a million!!! This Wonderful person's Name is LORY!!!!!
