“Customer service was top notch. But when buying a new phone, the process is a lengthy one. I was there for 2 1/2 hours with no wait time. So I'm suggesting that you get more comfortable seating. There is also no leg room by the desks. My body was aching throughout the whole process on those stylish but very uncomfortable hard wood plank stools. I compared it to purchasing a car, they make you comfortable.”
