“I went into Petco to get two dog harnesses and one cat harness. One employee was helping me but then she had to go to lunch. She called for someone else to come help me. Unfortunately that person never showed up. The one and only employee (a guy) at the register was so nice and helped me with the second harness. I went to find the cat harness with no help and they didn’t have hardly any. I was discouraged today for the first time. With the exception of the great employee at the register. Thank you for all your help”
