You get the run around lied to. You have to pay all your money before you get the keys and paperwork. They drag the process out. They come up with a different amount of money you need to pay daily.

My friend rents from this company. They seem to be screwing them. If a repair needs to be fixed, they charge them to fix it. This house desperately needs repairs and its run down. They ask for things to be fixed but then they get charged to have maintenance come out to fix it. Even if its not their fault that its messed up. I thought paying ur rent covers any maintenance u need. I dont pay for any maintenance i need at my rental company. I think this company is screwing their tenants.

Lived at the same house for over ten years until this property management company took over and a new owner bought the house . The house was built in 1910 and was in need of a lot of repairs . Put up with months of construction only to hear main guy tell everyone as soon as they get me out they can up the rent . I was harassed so much I didn't want to live there anymore . Then I was improperly severed eviction papers. What this company and the new owner are doing is called gentrification. Totally unprofessional and lacking any kind of human kindness . I was told it'sjust business . If this is how theyconduct business I would highly recommend not doing business with them . Cindy Pebbles actually said to me "You get what you pay for" .

I would highly recommend going to premier for your rental needs. They are very professional and are friendly. They helped me with all my needs and made sure the rental was fit for me and my kids.

the most disrespectful and unhelpful property management ever. Kelly is a absolute gem, the only gem in this store. The only one that will and can help. Not even sure why this place even has 3 stars, everytime ive called ive been faced with the same terrible experience EXCEPT for when i speak with Kelly. Hire better staff and then you might have happy tenants and customers. Ill make sure to never recommend this place.

Everytime you speak to someone in that office it’s something new or different from what we are originally told , definitely rude and unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend trying to rent from them suprised they have 3 stars

They found a way to get my review taken down. So as a reminder DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS! They constantly pull illegal crap. They lie and then try to steal any money they can. They are the most rude idiots I have ever dealt with in my life and a bunch of con artists. So glad I am done with them but don't not get into ANY kind of business with them or I promise you will regret it!

Horrible service, refused to fix RAT holes in a rental I had. Refused to make adequate repairs to support pillars to awning, and carports. I can go on and on, but they were really lax on when you pay them depending on your paycheck. Overall don't rent from them unless you don't actually care about living in substandard conditions, or your homeless.

I have been renting from Peebles/Premiere Property Management for over 6 years and I cannot stress how great they have been! They have always been friendly, prompt, fair and professional. Lyndsey is the rock start there. Her expertise, knowhow, and her customer service has been nothing short of stellar. I highly recommend Premiere/ Peebles. The best in the business.

I have been renting from Premiere/Peebles Property management for over 6 years and I think they are the best at what they do. Lyndsey is a rock star! Professional, smart, prompt. At a property transfer, the ladies did the best they could to make sure I had all of the property information, rental agreements etc. The only thing I was unable to obtain was the keys to the property. Otherwise, I was happy with the way the company did their paperwork. They were up on the law for rentals. They made sure the transfer paperwork was properly done. While I chose to not use them for my property management company, I did find them to be professional.

I was able to work with lyndsey today and got great customer service. I was very happy to get a chance to have her be my agent again here at 26 Mono Ave. apartment A. Great customer service very professional and got back with me right away. I’ve been renting from Peebles Property Management for six years now. For the last year and a half I’ve had a different person managing the property I rent. Never once did he contact me or help me in anyway. Was able to work with lyndsey just once and she’s taking care of all my issues.Thank you lyndsey!!

Premier Property Management is a great company. They always have been. Professional, honest and most importantly helpful. Used to rent from them years ago when Lesley was around and she was a great property manager. Very helpful and always kind. Then moved away and now I'm inquiring about another rental. I called today and spoke with a woman named Lyndsey, she was beyond helpful. I was very pleased with her knowledge and kindness. Lyndsey explained to me the application process over the phone and told me what to include as to what documentation I'll need, helped me calculate income so I knew what I made monthly and around what I could afford, as well as the qualifications for the rentals. Most of all, she listened to me and heard me. I feel that, this is what's missed the most in the world today. No one listens to anyone and she did. I greatly appreciate your help today and I can't wait to work with you throughout this process. Thank you
