Absolutely the best place in Butte County to get your labs done never had to wait more than five minutes. The nurses are awesome.

First time calling to this business and not impressed. I am with a physicians office which gives me an option to by-pass the regular phone lines. When given the option to leave a message, the mailbox is full. How is your mailbox full?? You are a business!

Called for directions, no one answers the phone. GPS took me to a prior Quest location one mile away. No one at front counter. Kiosk computer check in told me I was late and had to reschedule. I knocked on the window until someone came . The employee was nice and let me in and drew my blood.

I've had so many negative experiences with this Quest lab! Especially this one particular employee who always leaves me with 3-4 huge bruises from a simple blood draw. She really doesn't know what she's doing! Same employee charged me a random amount of $56 even though I'm on Medi-Cal and have never been charged for this test in the past 5 years. Same employee refused to serve me even though I arrived 15 minute before they close. I mean, if they want to close early they should advertise the correct hours and just close early! All my issues seem to be caused by the same employee who seems to be the only one there lately. Shame on Quest and their monopoly on lab tests in Oroville, Ca.

Every month I get a prescription. Every month I have to wait while they "do a special order. I tried talking to the tech but he ignored me. Yesterday The computer was down. I understand that happens. But after the computers were fixed, they never filled one of my prescriptions.

You can't even talk to a person anymore. I'm not that computer savvy and neither are most people over 50. It would be really nice for one of your options was to talk to a person. Ugh

I've gone to Quest many times over the years, they have always treated me well. Always a walk in. I check web site for time they close and get there at 2:00pm. Lady see me at the window and asked me if I had an appointment, I said no, she told me they don't take walk ins anymore. You must have an appointment. She was rude about it. Shut the door went off down the hall. If you are going to change the way you do business It should say that you take appointments only on your website. Don't be rude. You have wasted my time by not giving info needed to make a good choice. Then you are rude about it. I'm sorry but I'm done with you people.

RUDE! DEF NOT DEAF FRIENDLY. I’m DEAF. I see sign said something about appointment and other sign said sign in using kiosk. I assume they are telling us they will do those who have appointment before walk in. So I sign in. This lady comes to the window start talking to me with mask on. I sign to her that I’m deaf and use sign language. She kept talking and pointing at the sign and the kiosk. I point that I already sign in. She kept talking to me and I kept signing to her that I don’t understand her. I asked her to please write on paper and she kept talking till finally she grab paper and wrote BIG WORDS (to me that’s yelling) on the paper saying “APPOINTMENT ONLY”. I want to write back to her asking if I can come back tmw at anytime with no appointment require but before I could do that she took the paper away from me so I had to do my best and ask her with my voice and gesture. She nodded yes. Im debating whether she understand me or not. I don’t want come the next time to be told again appointment only - waste of my time.

The reason I needed a urine test was for a job I was applying. I sent in my 2 weeks' notice at my current job to find out the last day of work, by the job I'm applying for, that I am NOT rehirable until a month. THANKS QUEST DIAGNOSTICS for making me not rehirable all because of YOUR dumbass staff who can't even inform clients/patients that if they leave the building WITH their photo ID STILL on hold, that they would be considered as an "automatic refusal." And no, I am trying to leave my current job and will not want to go back. The policy also needs to be changed. Like seriously, I've never failed any other urine test. Not my fault I cannot pee enough to your urine standard. Also, hire a damn front desk person please. Don't even bother replying to my review if you ain't gonna do s*** or even care to call me and help fix the situation.

Way under staffed with only one really sweet and patient but over stressed lab tech. Not fair to her to be the only one dealing with hostile patients as well as a hostile coworker/supervisor. The supervisor (I assume) is rude and hearing the way is is so unsupportive to her staff is very disappointing considering the state we are in. The brown haired supervisor lady was unbearable, asking, lecturing and demeaning the clients who had to wait 15 min at the window knocking before even being acknowledged. They need a couple more employees or to merge with another Quest office.

The techs that are normally there are fantastic! They listen, they're accurate and always get a vein the first time. There's a light haired gal that's a spaz, so I try avoid going when she's there but otherwise I couldn't ask for more friendly and precise lab techs and ladies.

This place is quick and basically pain free but I think they need to change their times of when they open on the website because I showed up at 6:30 when their website said and ended up waiting an extra half an hour to get in.

I work for a division of Quest based near Kansas City, and I was in town here and needed blood work done. The phlebotomist was very friendly and did a great job! The place was clean and nice. I would highly recommend.
