Visited the deli on my lunch break. I'm a frequent flyer as I enjoy a fresh sandwich. Never have I placed an order and left before it was completed. I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich, watching as it took 4 people behind the counter to deplete the line of 4 people, myself included. It took Romeo 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. No sense of urgency or acknowledgement on how much time was taken. I saw a fellow employee of his making two sandwiches at a time, compared to his slow approach of one every 6 minutes while having full blown conversations while customers were waiting. People are on lunch, with limited time frames. Subway can blast through a line of 10 with 3 employees in a matter of minutes. I won't be back here and it's a shame. Something's gotta change

The entrance is so far away from the bank. Feel bad for those that have physical limitations. For instance the elderly who seem to be a large amount of their customer base. No consideration.

I have shopped at Raley's for 50 + years, both of my boys and granddaughters have also worked there. I was always able to find what I was looking for because the inventory was stocked in the same place over a long period of time. Raley's has now placed a Starbucks Coffee shop in this Oroville Store and repositioned most of their stock around the store to the point that I have a hard time finding what I am looking for. For some reason Raley's continues to move stuff around adding to my frustration. ??????

It's my favorite grocery store. I come visit from Florida and I love this place. The sandwiches and fried chicken are the best 10 stars for all the employees.
