It’s a great store love to shop here. One problem I see is a bunch of the reviews are complaining about lack of selection, and you should know they have 0 control over what they get sent to them. Get what you get. They can’t order anything and they don’t get to decide what gets given to them. Nothing is fake everything that’s named brands are real. The employees are nice and are treated so disrespectfully. The front fitting rooms looks like a bomb went off it would be nice to see the customers actually picking up after themselves. The ones who shop here need to show a little more respect

This store should be closed in Oroville, CA. It's dirty, a complete mess and workers don't care about anyone. They have little inventory compared to other stores. There is no bathroom. For at least a year they said it was broken (new store). Now they refuse to allow anyone to use the bathroom because they say legally they don't have to have a bathroom, even if the law Ally's law requires a business with more than 3 employees to allow someone with medical needs to use the restroom. I also called the corporate office and the customer service female was ext r emely rude to me,. She made comments such as, "If you know so much about the law, get your lawyers and come get us". When I asked to speak to someone above her, she said, "I want a million dollars and that ain't going to happen, so you aren't going over my head." She was literally screaming! Wow, so much for disability acts and rights or even caring about what the public thinks. I always shopped at Ross, but will not shop the Orovillle one now and the way I was treated by corporate probably not any other Ross as well, They don't care about the customer.

Great place to find some deals. It could stand to be cleaned more often. I imagine it's hard to keep up with uncaring public though. I enjoy looking for items here. It's like a treasure hunt.

Typical Ross, decent selection, some strange shoes, some t-shirts that are not likely to be purchased...

Not for men of course. Just wish a few more things like basic pants or accessories

Store was clean, workers were friendly, but selection for women were horrible. The small and medium in juniors look like children sizes, while in women's sizes, the clothes were just unattractive. The household section had very cute accessories for home decorating. I just think they should try to accommodate all sizes because we live in such a small town and the nearest mall is 30 minutes away.

I do not understand why Ross stores are so messy. I guess the staff does not keep things organized like other stores. Walking into Ross you are overwhelmed with product shortages , toys that are ransacked, and just a cluttered messy unorganized mess.

I went into Ross in Oroville, CA. I found a solar flower in a box, but I wanted to see the flower before purchase. I asked a clerk standing by if I could open it to see the flower. The clerk went into a spiel how I can't open it, manager must give permission, PEOPLE STEAL FROM US! I said "I'm not going to steal it." She then started arguing with me as to why it can't be opened. Manager stood there and opened it, she continued to rail on with the manager about WHY she wouldn't open the box for me. Ross, I know you can't train people to have common sense when dealing with customers. That clerk will find out the hard way in life, she's got a long ways to go. I left and won't be back. I like Marshalls.
