Juan, the store manager, is extremely kind and helpful.he gave me great advice on Manic Panic hair color.at other beauty stores, i've experienced hostility and felt patronized by workers. but here, at this specific Sally's, i've had nothing but good interactions.thank you so much! :) you guys are the best.

I go here pretty regularly but my visit today was awful one of the workers kept basically lunging down the aisle when I was looking at hair dye I think he thought I was stealing. If someone is thought to be stealing, watch them instead of jumping at them for no reason, multiple times, customer service was also terrible.

The store manager lied to me that she accept walk in to fill out application to fill in the job position and she will call me on Tuesday or Wednesday on May 16 or 17 2023 and I never get a call back from them. I walk in the store and a different girl told me the position is already fill but i ask her that her store manager promise to call me and yet lied to me that they don't accepted walk on application is a totally LIED! I was really upset I walk away from this store. If anyone who wants to walk in and appy they will never going to accept you.

They dont have their shelves stocked, they dont try to help you. Only place you can shop without a license and it would be nice to have the product you need. Really disappointed not just with this store but all the Sally's in general.

The lady was very nice and friendly. I asked questions about product I was looking for and she helped me find it. It is sad though you have discontinued the product I really like. Oh well things change. Thank you.

I've been to other Sally's and for the most part they are helpful and pretty much know what they are talking about when I tell them what I want, but the few times i been to this store it's been a disaster. The last time I went in the older lady told me I needed some additive to the hair color and I took her word for it and bought it, but when I mixed it and I am glad I didnt use it cause it turned into an orange hair coloring!! So my d*** a** goes back and this time I made it clear what I wanted and needed some advice I wanted to go two shades lighter and they acted like I was some bum wasting their time I told them.i would get what ever I needed to go the 2 shades lighter and the older one says all u need is this box and u wont have any trouble as she took what I was gonna get out of my hands and put it back and AGAIN i took her word and now my hair is 2 shades darker !! HINT TO THE STAFF, if u dont know what the hell ur talking about then keep ur mouth closed!! Go back to Sally school or something I have waste over $100 every time I went there and I will be more then glad to spend my money somewhere else. I highly recommend going to chico yuba or somewhere otherwise u might go looking like a clown the next day

The woman working today was the rudest laziest idiot I have ever delt with. I asked for a sanding block and she points "down on the left by the other files" I couldn't find one but she was on her cell phone and couldnt be bothered. Then someone checked out ...so I left. I replaced my things from Sally's after the Campfire and it will be a cold day in hell before I spend my money there again. Go to Chico or somewhere else. RUDE RUDE.

Shop here all the time for my hair supplies/coloring. Usually very helpful staff and good experience. Really frustrating when Sally's website says they are open till 6 on Sunday's so I make a trip into town and the sign on the door says they close at 5 on Sunday's! EXTREMELY frustrating.

I am a regular at sallys. And I don’t mind shopping there. I’m usually in and out. If your hours of business are between said time to said time. You should not have the doors locked. That is bad for business. And when I call to speak to someone I get hung up on. So the customer service also needs work.

I've came to Sally's for years and I've never felt more stereotyped through a crowded store I was the only one asked to set my bag at the counter with two women beside me also holding purses. I was told it's a new policy though it didn't seem to apply for anyone else. I don't see why I'm treated any different especially seeing that I'm a regular?! Other than the fact I've came in with a full face of makeup each other time and received amazing service. Very disappointed I'm discontinuing my Sally's card and taking my 64$ hair dye purchase elsewhere.

It's you bad that over the years the turn-over rate has been high, yet the knowledge of hair care and hair care products for any types of hair has been greatly declining. I have been a second generation customer for years, however not anymore. I will not be messy and site the incident that prompted such a review. I'm better off shopping online. Better yet, I'm better off shopping where only licenses are required. I am quite disappointed with the Oroville, CA store. Not returning. Ever! Please get it together. Your staff will give some bad advice to the wrong person and the outcome might not be minor or fixable.
