My daughter bought her first car 2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Michael Tucker of Oroville Toyota Chevlolet Cadillac hassle free and got exactly all the numbers that were promised online. My whole family travelled for 2.5 hours one way on a Saturday morning, although the travel was long, it was well worth it. My daughter and I, test drove the car, signed paperwork and she got what she wanted. She was just a bit late on her afternoon work and she was able to drive the car all the way back to the Bay Area with her mom riding with her. The whole team from Oroville Toyota Chevrolet Càdillac from Michael Tucker, finance guy, sales manager and whoever else help in the sales process is an excellent team. Please consider them in your next vehicle purchase.

I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime from Michael Tucker at Oroville Toyota and it was easily the best car-buying experience I've had. The process was extremely smooth and pressure-free, from test-driving the vehicle to making the purchase! I found all the staff to be helpful and down to earth.

I had a great experience buying my Prius. Michael communicated very well, it was all no hassle, and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your purchases.

I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime from Oroville Toyota. The experience was far from satisfactory, and I'd like to share my thoughts and concerns regarding the process. My experience may be unique as I am from Idaho, so this was an out-of-state purchase.Firstly, I must acknowledge that the 2023 RAV4 Prime is a highly sought-after vehicle, and I was fortunate that Oroville Toyota had an allocation matching my specifications. However, most of what followed was a series of frustrating experiences.Oroville Toyota has an inflexible policy where they require the car to be picked up within 48 hours of the car arriving at the dealer. The inconvenience of dropping everything and flying down to California at the last minute was impractical and unreasonable. Even just waiting until the following weekend would have been appreciated.Furthermore, Oroville Toyota proposed a rather unconventional workaround to only pay Idaho taxes instead of California taxes. They suggested having a driver transport me and the car to Reno, Nevada, to circumvent driving the vehicle in California. This approach made me uncomfortable, as it seemed to skirt legal boundaries.Initially, they offered the option of shipping the car to me, which was a more favorable alternative. However, just a week later, they abruptly changed their policy, citing a bad experience with another customer. I felt unfairly penalized for someone else's mistake. After a negotiation, they finally agreed to allow me to ship the vehicle if I provided an affidavit of identity signed by a notary, adding more hurdles to the process. When I received the paperwork in the mail, it raised further concerns. The contract appeared to be structured for a credit deal even though I was paying in cash. My attempt to clarify the contract's details over a lengthy phone call with the dealer proved frustrating, as the salesman was unaware of the contract specifics. It was disconcerting to discover that the contract was poorly written and contained clauses that didn't align with a cash deal.Upon the car's arrival at the dealer, my chosen shipping company had an unavoidable truck malfunction that prevented them from meeting Oroville Toyota's rigid 48-hour pickup deadline. Regrettably, the dealer remained unyielding in its stance, forcing me to arrange an intermediary to retrieve the car sooner and place it in a holding lot for the shipping company's eventual pickup. This lack of flexibility was highly inconvenient and added unnecessary stress and cost to an already challenging process.Another disappointment with this experience came when I finally took possession of the car. Not all the accessories promised to me were included. While the sticker on the car indicated the presence of all-weather floor and trunk liners, I only received the trunk liner. This discrepancy occurred because the dealership's detailers had removed the floor mats for vacuuming, and the shipping company arrived for pickup before they could be reinstalled. The dealer should have ensured all components were installed before allowing the car to leave the lot. What compounded the frustration was that the dealer never reached out to me about the missing floor mats, and I had to reach out to them. There were also many other missing port accessories, like crossbars, mudflaps, and paint protecting appliques. It took another two hours of explaining on the phone that what I received was not what I had been promised. The dealer did not believe my claims because their internal system had updated to reflect what Toyota had shipped. The dealer failing to cross-check the received build with the originally promised specifications was negligent because there were two delivery checklists in the glovebox that were entirely blank. This lack of communication and attention to detail was unacceptable. I did eventually get a refund for the missing accessories, and I am now working with my local dealer to get them installed.Lastly, it appeared that my salesperson lacked the authority to make decisions independe

I had the best buying experience at Oroville Toyota! I did a little bit online the night before to get pre approved and it only took 1.5 hours at the dealership the next day. I inquired about the car on a Friday. It was coming in on a truck that night. I was able to put a deposit on it right away and it was mine! I picked it up on a Monday and the salesman, Michael, came in on his day off to go over the car with me. He took me to a gas station and filled it up and went over the computer and controls with me. I will definitely recommend this dealers to anyone that is buying a Chevy or Toyota. They made car buying very easy and enjoyable!

Literally the smoothest and easiest car buying experience we've ever had! We live out of town but I found the Chevy Blazer I've been wanting on their website. I inquired online and Michael Tucker reached out right away. He took my information and worked out a deal for us that we were more than happy with. It was nice to have it all arranged before we made the trip over. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour or so! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you Michael! We love our new Blazer!

Although this dealership was a few miles from home, I was profoundly impressed and grateful for the superb experience from EVERY team member there. My salesman, Spencer Ubbnik provided me with the best possible customer service. Before I left in my new vehicle, I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. I live in Merced, California and would gladly travel back to Oroville to do it all again!

Joel, and his team were great. There was no pressure or force to add products or insurance we did not want. From start to finish it took only 2.5-3 hours to walk in the door pick our 4runner out, trade in our old vehicle, and go through financing in house.

I bought my brand new Toyota Tacoma here in November of 2020. The sales team was great. I worked out most of the details over the phone. When I arrived the process was quick and painless. I was in and out pretty quick. There were no extra or "hidden" fees. They gave me what they said they would for my trade in. It was a nice and easy transaction and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here. I drove half an hour from home to purchase my truck here and give them a chance because my local Toyota dealerships sales department is terrible in my opinion (Purchased multiple vehicles from there previously). I definitely don't regret it as the experience at Oroville Toyota was great and everything was so easy. My only complaint is not sales related at all. It was regarding one of the 'extras' I purchased, Cilajet. The Cilajet 'process' was the only bad part and I wouldn't recommend getting it. They didn't even remove the sticker residue that was left on the vehicle from the factory stickers (I believe they're for protecting the paint, they're large and cover most of the top and hood of the truck) prior to applying the sealant. There was an outline of residue from the stickers and I was under the impression they would do something to prep the paint prior to applying. I was apparently wrong. I will chalk it up to a lesson learned and not do it again but it 100% would not stop me from actually purchasing another vehicle, with no Cilajet, here in the future because the sales process and people were great.
