OMG the lady I spoke to on the phone is amazing. Not only she found me a U-Haul, but she is also calling dumps for me to find out which one is cheaper ??

Office was closed due to covid, but Google has it open. Also tried to call the number left on the building and it's out of service.

Uhaul in general dropped the ball big time. Was the first customer of the day and still spent over an hour waiting on the uhaul servers to come back up instead of just letting my fill out the paperwork by hand in the first place. Nice guy but uhaul's business practice supposedly of only allowing rentals through their system online is rediculous. If there is a power outage or the internet is down he said the policy is to send them elsewhere!
