If I could give less than one I would. I have been in here 3 times in the last month and everytime, I was disappointed in every employee I interacted with. No eye contact, no kindness, no customer service skills whatsoever. I was in there today and a customer told the staff to have a great day as she was leaving. Neither employee acknowledged her and after the door closed they both talked shit on that customer to each other in front of me. I'll drive to Marysville next time just to avoid the UGLY.

Visited July 30th..see receipt.
When i am in Oroville I always go to this store for copies and mailing along with Amazon returns.
The key is to get there early because they get very busy! The older lady with black hair that's been there for awhile is always very nice and helpful!
Never have any issues! Btw..they open at 730am!

The UPS store in Oroville CA is the worst. We frequent three UPS stores. All of the others are clean, friendly and professional. Oroville UPS is filthy, unfriendly, unhelpful, and irresponsibly inconsistent. If you want something done right you need to see Brittany. Rich consistently messes up. Watch your receipt! Rich will charge you for things he shouldn't. Beware. If you ship, compare the weight of the package on the scale and your receipt. Always get your items weighed in front of you and get a receipt. If you can find somewhere else to go, you should.

There's only 2 helpful and non rude people here and it's the 2 girls. The two guys ESPECIALLY the older Vietnamese guy is a jerk and acts like he's too good for anyone who walks in. Completely ignores you and acts like your not there while you're talking to him. He's a self centered, rude, non helpful person. I have seen other people go off on him because of this and anyone who tells him he's not helping he takes offense and throws their packages on the ground. I have video to prove this.
