I'm the 4th person in line only 1 teller working. Their are others here just not on any window! I've been waiting literally 25min & still waiting!!! I'm on lunch for work. This sucks it's always like this. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Recently Discovered this bank added their overdraft claimed benefit that I declined to authorize and accept IN WRITING (verified with documented evidence to prove this fact- glad I kept my copy & retained for my protection). Due to the repeated poor customer service I received, I decided to take my money to another bank. Each time I attempted to close the account and have the balance transfered via bank issued check, my account would mysteriously become inaccessible and Required me to call each time to obtain access. No reasonable excuse could never be provided each time. Due to my work schedule it was not possible to make it to the Oroville branch before it closed after work. Attempt to close the account at their Chico branch during lunch and was treated very rude. The female employee then refused to close the account I requested and told me to go back to Oroville and close it. It was very clear this employee became offended when I explained the poor service was the reason I no longer wanted to do business with that bank. I wrote a check for the total account balance and sent an email to the bank informing them to close the account as soon as the check cleared. (Copy retained to verify and evidence to prove this fact). However, although the email was acknowledged as received, the account was not close until several bank monthly fees were charged on an account with zero balance were accumulated. On top of this profit driven practice, I now discover the bank sold the claimed bank monthly service charges they caused to accumulate amount to a collection agency who I am forced to report to the Attorney General's Office for their Illegal Collections Act activities and threatening messages left on my voicemail.(Recordings also retained as evidence of proof). WARNING TO ANYONE OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK. READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING! THE PATTERN OF PRACTICE USED IS TO HAVE YOU SIGN A PILE OF PAPERS WITH THE OVERDRAFT ACCEPTANCE MIXED IN WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. LUCKILY I INSISTED ON ACTUALLY READING EACH DOCUMENT BEFORE SIGNING AS INSTRUCTED AND DISCOVERED THE profit driven claimed benefit the bank stated they were providing to me when opening my account.

Had to leave town from the Bay Area and go to Oroville where my mother was in the hospital. Went to US Bank on Saturday only to find out they're closed on Saturday what a major inconvenience I'm starting to regret having an account with US Bank what a major inconvenience my branch is open my branch is open on Saturday, in the Bay Area

The worse experience I've ever had in a us bank. I've come in every month so I can withdraw my rent money and it's always been an easy process. Today was awful. Not only was the teller incredibly backhanded about everything, but it truly felt like she was trying to incriminate me and the woman at the back she kept walking back to would look over their shoulders at me. It really felt like I was being racially profiled on top of everything, as the older white customers were being served quickly. I'm definitely closing my account after today and I've had this account for years. Never been embarrassed and harassed in public this way.

Had a check to cash for a car trade in. The check was sent to me by the Toyota dealership. Toyota drew it off USBank. I wasn’t a member so they wouldn’t cash it because it was “too large” of an amount even though it was well under 10k. They were not the friendliest either. If I would have signed up for an account they would have been able to magically cash it.

My son went to your bank today and put his direct express card in the ATM and it wouldn't spit out the card or give him money so there your bank is causing some problems for us today major problems like rent and other expenses that are due today .

Oroville branch of US Bank is a joke. The customer service sucks. They are rude inconsiderate and not understanding at all. Hardly no one smiles they make you feel like it's a inconvenience to ask for help. You call the customer service department to complain and they are no different. They wouldn't even help me cut I am not a customer with a account. What? Really???? With this kind of help I wouldn't open a account with this bank what so ever.

I did receive a brief explanation to my Q...and I understand at some point you have to politely tell the customer that ls all you can do atm......politely. When I ask Qs ... Branch Manager Julies Responses became blanket answers and she replied that she cannot help something that happened a year ago...I said 7 months ago...she actually repeated the claim 2x more, And still couldn't walk it back, even when presented w the date on the paperwork. Very unprofessional.

My boss pays me through this bank &I have to go to 37 miles out of my way to cash my check, to pay child support, out of my check. The Oroville cal, keep harassing me about my address on my I d, well when u have to pay child support, how much money do you think,I have to have a place to stay? I have shown them 2i D's because I lost my I'd to purchase some things for caregiver jobs. I showed them my old I'd,& my receipt that I got with the DMV.. they told me that it was the wrong receipt, so now I have to give my whole check to mail for child support,& work for free. What am I to live on.

Every time I stop by there the tellers seem overwork and frustrated. Long line always I think corporate should bring help possibly a good training seminar and maybe one an extra teller to cover lunch and brakes. I really like this bank but one wonders. If any supervisor form corporate can check in this I know Chico branch is 45 minutes away but that the same amount of time that I have sometimes wait for service

Literally no employees working and clearly could have at least one more while still maintaining property covid precautions. Takes an hour just to see a teller. Meanwhile there are 8 customers waiting...

Bank manager was supposed to call me about something and never bothered. Then I I deposited a check and just used the us bank app and saw they reversed the amount of my account. Ghetto branch!
