I had a glitch in my health insurance which was corrected, The pharmacy has put us through the ringer , refusing to fill prescriptions because they put them under review or canceled them, inputting our blue Cross federal wrong so that his worked but mine didn’t, two weeks later mine worked his didn’t, asking my husband is he was binary of which we were both so offended. He’s a combat hardened colonel are you serious?

Not customer service oriented. Ordered a rx from my doctor went to pick it up on a Friday, not ready bc they did not have the medication in stock. Clerk assured me the medication would be ready next day Saturday. Checked the posted hours, hours posted stated lunch 2-230. Went on Saturday at 115 pm. Pharmacy closed asked clerk why she pointed at the payed hours and said they are closed for lunch. I said to clerk you better update your signs bc they all state lunch is 2-230. Clerk stated I'll let my manager know. So needless to say I went with our my medication bc of their incompetence. Looking for new pharmacy. Also they always tell me I have no refills but my doctor says I do. This service is unacceptable especially when they are dealing with patients medications and health. Wish I could give them a zero on this review
